The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. 'Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). When I called the property mgmt about the Wifi, it was answered promptly, I was given an alternative...

'This was perfect for me and my friend. The condo was very clean and easy to access. It was great to have a room and bathroom each to ourselves. The hosts were very responsive to messages and were super nice!'

So many little touches made this such a comfortable place to stay - charging station, reusable grocery bags, even a sound machine in the bedroom! 'We stayed for two weeks while our house was under construction. Everything was exactly how it was described or better—a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and cozy. We felt at home, away from home. If we ever need a place to stay, we would come back in a heartbeat, 10/10 for sure.'

'The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place.'

'We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door...

We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. All in all was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. The host really did me a favor when I checked in 👍'

'This was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples for a quick trip to Denver. The neighborhood is “up and coming” so it’s not a place I’d walk around at night, but it’s fine in the daytime. Some really good restaurants within walking distance too. We REALLY loved the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay there again!'

We missed that it was a shared entrance that had you walking right into the host's living space and that there was not a separate thermostat. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and a good value. As others have previously stated, there is a drainage issue with the tub. Although there are signs posted in many places throughout the unit, we did not locate the wifi information until the 3rd day...

'Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...
