This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever checked into. The moment you pass the lobby it’s horrible. The carpets are extremely dirty, smells horrible of cigarette smoke, the furniture in the room extremely dirty. Never ever again. The front desk person was nice.

AirPort Shuttle unavailable, room without telephone, hairdryer, we needed to go downstairs to ask for the sofá blankets, hot water on the shower couldnt open and the worst thing was a cockroach in the bed at the middle of the night walking my body.

Staff was great. The facility needs some repairs and updates. The carpet is old & looks dirty and there are chips in the paint around the facility inside. The sofa in our room is very old and stained. The breakfast lady was helpful. The staff really was the only positive thing. I won’t stay again.

Short staffed. I arrived at 1am. Q was trying to resolve everything with no other help. I ended up waiting in line for a while. When we finally got to our room, it was not double beds that we reserved. So my daughter and I shared 1 bed. Hair dryer was not working and asked for one. But no other one available. Laundry room inoperable. Disapointing.

My family and myself where intown Austin over the weekend for the F1 Race., To sum it up., Very Expensive., This whole Comfort Suites Hotel including the room was extremely run down nasty & smelled bad like bleach trying to cover up the nastiness., The worst rundown hotels I've ever stayed at. I was Very, Very disappointed., To be nice i will give it a 1-star rating because of the staff, I will say the desk staff where friendly and nice people doing the best job they could for how rundown the hotel was. This hotel needs to be shut down and completely remodeled, stay away is my recommendation to all travelers.

When entering the lobby it's clear that they are remodeling and boy do they need it! The room I received was so outdated, smelled old and the carpet was stained from one end to the other. The couch was very worn and had small tears all over. The only reason I actually didn't leave is because the bed linens were clean and comfortable. I won't stay there again.

The carpets were very dirty in the hallway and bedroom areas. Our bedroom overlooked a parking area, windows were opaque with dirt so unable to see much of our surroundings. Poor lighting in the bathroom, and musty in the bedroom. The attendant in the breakfast area was very attentive and kind. The scrambled eggs were salty, the juice dispenser was broken, everything else offered for breakfast was good. The internet was not available. The first receptionist that greeted us when we arrived was kind, professional, and informative. We had an issue checking out, the receptionist was no where to be found, there was a note at the front desk indicating a number we could call but no one picked up the phone. We were limited for time checking out and when someone finally arrived there was a line of guests waiting to check out, due to our time constraints we handed the keys to the attendant and left.
