'Michael and Joyce could not have been more accommodating! As soon as we arrived Joyce made us a cup of tea and made us feel like family in the first 5 minutes. The bedroom was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to make tea and coffee in the room and enjoy it with the tasty Walker shortbread cookies that were supplied as well. The wifi and satellite tv worked very well. The breakfast the next morning was awesome! There was everything from cereal, fresh fruit,...

'Amazing place. Room was comfortable and had everything that was needed. Breakfast was excellent. Jackie was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Billy was friendly to. I would definitely stay again if up in Ayr.'

'Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. '

'B&B ligt aan drukke straat aan de rand van Ayr (niet te lopen). Geen ontvangst, maar notitie in hal. Ook later wordt je niet begroet. Kamer en badkamer ok. Goed ontbijt, maar eigenaren afstandelijk. Restaurants op 20 min wandelen in Prestwick.'

'We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay '

'We had a wonderful stay. The staff and food were incredible. It was good exercise to wear some of the food off getting up to the attic room since the hotel has no lift. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.'
