'We had a wonderful stay with the family. One mechanical issue happened overnight and was resolved by the next morning with constant communication with owner. We are definitely coming back. It was located with easy access to NASA and Kemah. We also made a trip into town to the Museum of Natural Science.'

'First off I want to say that the place is beautiful and spacious but the rules were too restrictive to fully enjoy it . Secondly the location is convenient to everything we need for our getaway .'

'On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. 'Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. One of the biggest things is parking. According to the listing currently at the time of this review, it says 2 covered parking spots and 4 spots in the driveway. This...
