'Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. I ordered room service and...

'The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.'
