'This Royal James location on BHI was perfect for our impromptu family gathering where the unit next door belongs to extended family members. ‘Just a Splash’ has been updated and is very nicely appointed with plenty of hotel quality towels and bed linens. Great value, especially in summer months considering the pool and outdoor shower (no club membership required). Beds were very comfortable, don’t hesitate, this is a nice unit!'

'We visited BHI in March, our first time going during this time of year and our first time staying on the marsh side of the island. We had a fabulous time! The property is thoughtfully designed and is both beautiful and functional. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the gorgeous views of the marsh during the day and cheering on the Wolfpack’s historic March Madness run at night. 'Main toilet very dirty. Hair in bathtub before we even took showers. Floors dirty. Bugs everywhere in kitchen. Bugs in master bedroom. Toaster doesn’t work well.
