The check in process was ok. I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee machine when there was the coffee condiments and also no garbage bins anywhere in the room for trash throwing. The rooms weren’t not what I expected. Also the free breakfast was not what I thought it would be. For a one night stay is fine but other than that I will be not saying there again. Sorry

Just ick. There were roaches all in the first room. The second room didn’t have bugs but was dirty. The floor was sticky and clearly had not bee cleaned in a long time. There were a lot of people hanging around and smoking weed. You could smell it everywhere. Everything was run down and in disrepair. The tv didn’t work. There was only a sheet on the bed. No comforter or blanket.

I like the fact it was last minute and was able to get a room. Unfortunately, the property didn't look like the picture and the outside had trash around property when I arrived. In the elevator there was different things and liquids that customers spilled. My room looked like I was staying at a motel 6. The sheets and pillowcases looked beige not white. We also saw 2 roaches.

Had just made a 7 hour car ride, checked in after midnight. Tv in room didn’t work, was missing a power cord. Grant it, it was after midnight & front desk was unable to find another power cord & maintenance would not be in until morning. Ok so no tv. Get up to take a shower & no hot water. Sink didn’t get hot either. No showers & still no tv. Got up at 730am. Well at least I’ll go get the free breakfast. Ask front desk & was told where to go for the breakfast. You go outside, walk through the parking lot to another building, I guess restaurant. And by the way, it is lightly raining out. There are a few people in this “restaurant” & I hear a lady ask a gentleman for his blue slip for this breakfast. What blue slip, I didn’t get one. So have to walk back through the parking lot to the front desk for a blue slip. Also, while getting said blue slip I remind them we have no tv. Maintenance man should be in soon today. Go back through the parking lot with my blue slip for the free breakfast & get to the area & there were 2 individual size boxes of cereal & has individual bottles of milk with NO bowls. I asked lady that I’m assuming monitors this free breakfast area & blue slips. Was I missing the bowls, she shook her head no & then I asked how were you to eat cereal & she shrugged her shoulders. I put the cereal box back with the one remaining & decided against an apple or banana. Passed on bagels individually in plastic baggies, no toaster or cream cheese.

An unpleasant experience… All I ever asked for in hotels, are clean sheets, clean bathroom and most of all, CLEAN TOWELS!!! That was not the case at this hotel. We (my dad and I) checked in around 9:30 Saturday night and the first issue was the light switch by the door did not work. The beds were made, but the sheets did not appear to be freshly cleaned. We were both tired so I decided to look past that. The next morning as I was getting ready to take a shower, was when I saw the dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod and the bathtub also looked dirty. Immediately I felt disgusted. I removed the washcloth and threw it on the floor. I opened the last set of folded supposedly clean bath towel, and that was filthy too. It was apparent that housekeeping saw a folded towel, though it was clean, and never checked it (not surprising, since the dirty washcloth that was visible, was not removed) That was the last straw, I felt sick to my stomach. I immediately got dressed and left the room as quickly as I could (I showered at my daughter). As we checked out, I informed the front desk about the conditions of the room. She seems indifferent, but did apologize. She gave us the manager’s name and number to call the following day (she claimed he was not onsite that morning). I called and left several messages and never got a return call. Terrible experience and even worse customer service!

The hotel was as described, check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The "free breakfast" was at the restaurant connected to the hotel, but we had to walk out in the snow and around to get to it. It was a small table with muffins, apples and dry cereal. More options would have been nice.

Hotel had no blankets only 2 sheets on the bed. The safety lock on my door was broken so I didn't sleep well all night being alone. Noises in the hallway all night made me even more uncomfortable.

Our room was quite dirty hair on the bathroom floor- duvet inners with no covers, spent 3 nights there and no room service, no cleaning , no restocking of toiletries. Tv was not working first night we had to request that it be fixed only to discover the remote was not working and there was no hdmi cable. The staff were really nice but the general upkeep wasn’t, across the hall was another guest complaining so much about the cleaning services as well so I’m guessing there is lack of service we’re cleanliness is concerned

I am submitting this because I am upset and bewildered by negative reviews here about this nice hotel. I spoke to the delightful staff and they confirmed it is undergoing an upgrade & renovation. So I can't speak to every room in the building but MY recent experience was AWESOME! I will be a repeat customer every time I'm in the Baltimore area.

Horrible dirty hotel
Nasty hotel and rude front desk with lack of customer service skills. The rooms were poorly renovated with cheap make overs.Roaches and rats were in the room with dirty tub.

The tv wasn't working at all, I had to go the front desk 3x. They switch my room and still had the same problem with tv. They said it was fixed and it was fixed at all. They mop the floors and have zero use of a wet floor sign. Anyone can slip and fall
