Four Seasons Baltimore is the ultimate hotel destination for New Year's Eve. The view from our windows was unparalleled. We had so many dining options to include The Bygone, Maximon, Azumi and Lochbar. From a fanciful Great Gatsby experience to casual American cuisine, this location offered delicious bites to please every appetite. The staff was so professional and kind, and I look forward to staying at the exceptional Four Seasons Hotel as well as indulging in their unique dining options in the near future!

Staff and service was phenomenal. Room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Decor a little outdated but it was in good shape. Pillows great, matress a little saggy. Baltimore is not the safest area but we felt safe at the hotel. We used Uber to and from the Ravens game with no issues. App was helpful for ordering room service and chatting with concierge. Bygone restaraunt qas excellent but Maximon was just ok. Would recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning for future stays.

A mess of an experience . . .
We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, hosted holiday parties for friends and family and really enjoyed the experience each time. But this stay was a mess. We had to switch rooms 3 times in 24 hours to finally get the room category we paid for while along the way rejecting Management's attempts to upsell us (an additional $800 to $2,000 per night) for more costly suites. The pool was a nightmare . . . Packed with bodies upon bodies upon bodies (no way were all of these people guests of the hotel!) which impacted poolside service. Plenty of screaming kids cannon balling off the side and clearly over served individuals blasting their music, yelling at each other across the pool, insulting guests ("You can tell you guys have been together awhile, you are starting to look alike," said one of these obnoxious individuals to a couple sitting on the edge of the pool.) I have never experienced such poolside chaos before at a 5 star resort. This experience was not at all worthy of the Four Seasons brand. On the plus side, the breakfast at the hotel is oustanding, room service was prompt, housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy and we had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. Unfortunately, I believe a break up is in our future . . .

The rooftop restaurant attracted folks from outside of the hotel that appeared to be call girls, which we also saw in the hotel restaurant the next day. Very problematic. Will not be staying at this location again. The hotel said the restaurant was independent of the hotel; ie privately owned. But it was still accessible through the hotel.

Excellent physical facility but the front desk staff was pre-occupied with looking at their phones and chatting while we were waiting to check in. And the young lady greeting us downstairs for the restaurant on top floor was sloppily attired on Friday-tank top, jeans

When we arrived our comforter under the duvet had lip stick smeared and makeup smeared all over it! They quickly came ti change it and gave us chocolate! But as much as we spent for two nights this was just unacceptable to me! The restaurant on property was amazing and so what the staff! I would come back but make sure ti check the sheets!
