Elevator broken without update on repair. Room was in horrible shape, hole in bathroom door, walls in room were dirty with grime and blood splatter on walls and mirror in bathroom. Very unhealthy and unsanitary. Also had allergy problems while in room. Even though location was good, I would not stay again. Friendly staff.

Hotel and room is not as advertised on the website, I book a queen size room that I did not get, front seat staff put me in a handicap room #123 that was dirty and smelling like sewage, bed lining was dirty, two pillows that were flat, the hotel looks great on the website and from outside but it’s a full 360 on the inside. One of my top 2 worst. Never again….

When I got to my floor, the smell of marijuana was so bad. Immediately when I opened my room door, mold/mildew over took me. I walked in, the furniture and walls were all damaged and filthy. Opened the fridge and it stank and was dirty. Turned around and checked out. It was horrible.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, we had a washcloth that was dirty with toothpaste on it before we even used the restroom, the shower had hair still in it from the last room residents.

This hotel is uniquely ridiculous with it's pet rules.Do not go here ever if you have a dog. They say pet friendly and, they make the reservation; without notifying the customer that that the pet fee is a non refundable $215.00. WHAT??? This was for one day and I was checking in at 10:30 PM.

Not an ideal place. The bed was on top of rods. I checked my self out the next minute. I didn’t stay. I tried to cancel I was told to wait on the line and was disconnected several times.

No Tub access as advertised
I booked this hotel for the amenities listed; jetted tub and kitchen use. Upon arriving, the clerk informed me that there are no tubs (not just available but they do not have the tubs). With this information and watching teenagers play soccer in the main hallway.. I left the hotel and booked elsewhere. The clerk was very helpful in trying to help me find another hotel.

They say to ask for blow dryer- they have none. TVs are cracked don’t work, killed two beetles in our room, no coffee makers, no cookware or utensils like it says, do not supply shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast is included. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely zero is included in the price. I had 2 rooms for over 3 months for a couple of my employees. Hotel Would not refund for early check out 3 weeks early. Charged to exchange towels. Charged to come in a clean. Charged to switch out bed linen. If anything had a stain charged for that too. I will not use this hotel again. I will be seeking legal assistance.
