'I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. 'Mooie kamers (upgrade naar executive kamers), gratis pick up van het treinstation in Bandung. Ala carte service in restaurant was matig (uitgestorven om 8.15 pm).'

'The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price.'
