Clean, cosy with its fireplaces and friendly staff. But why only cholesterol rich food everywhere? all food is brown or yellow. No green to be found. That could be an USP.

We loved our stay at the Caribu Lodge in Banff. The atmosphere is one of new / modern combined with history. We felt at home and inspired.

Good hotel except the wifi is very very slow and the hot tub jets were out of order. Rooms are a bit dark due to the small windows

The rooms on the 4th floor, which is the top floor, have a slopped ceiling. I'm 6'3" and had to duck to get around the foot of the bed. I hit my head the first day. Which I thought was not great but accepted. On the second day my 5'6" wife hit her head. that was not ok. I asked the hotel about this any they said these are the rooms Expedia has for it's members. I have to tell you Expedia, this is not acceptable. When I pay $750 for 3 nights I should be able to stand up in my room. I have a picture if you want to see it. Let me know.

We had a pleasant stay in this quiet hotel. The walk to downtown is longer for some, but it’s what we expected and enjoyed. The room was a little bit cramped, but we made due. The staff are very helpful and friendly. And as always the Keg restaurant has great food.

We stayed at Caribou Lodge for one night on our way through the Rockies to B.C. Check-in was smooth and easy with friendly, helpful staff, parking was underground and easy to get in and out of, the room was very clean and quiet with a nice courtyard view. The bed was very comfortable and we got an excellent rest after a long day of driving. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the downtown strip with lots of dining and shopping options and of course, the view in any direction when you're standing out front was beautiful! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed dinner with our children at the Keg. The staff there were very accommodating with our small children.

The suite we stayed in was good and clean, it's worth the price. However, I would suggest if they can add more lights in that Sundance Suite because it's kinda dim and if they would add a microwave that would be awesome.

Had to wait for a long time for a front desk agent. I think someone was late to work. But overall had a nice stay. Housekeeping service and the dining / bar customer service was excellent.

We had a room booked then there was a strange smell and we found dirty socks in between the beds they swapped us rooms. Then I set up the couch for my kids to sleep in. There was a huge urine stain on the mattress. With two other little black spots looked like bugs I then checked over the who room and found the coffee maker had mold and very dusty in all areas. I talked to staff again and they put a sheet on the mattress. But nothing Eles. And told use they can’t do anything Eles for us I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to see the photos I have those also
