'Loved this hotel. Love that I could check in and have my hotel key through the app. Made everything so much easier. Only issue we had with the place majorly was the plumbing in the place wasn’t great. Flushing the toilet it took like 2 hours for the bowl to fill up and the sink took forever to drain. The toilet and flushing was our biggest problem especially sharing a room with people constantly going in and out of bathroom. Everything else was good and loved how walking wise it was about 15 min...

'The hotel is located within walking distance to Banff, so you don't need to pay the steep parking fees or be surrounded by all that activity. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The kitchenette helped us save on some eating costs, and there were some good grocery options in town. The staff were fantastic.'

'Beautiful cozy condo/loft, well equipped, renovated and clean. Bus stop available right at the entrance. We loved it! Staff are very helpful. No breakfast is provided but you have a decent kitchenette and a couple of options across the street. '
