It was our first hotel in Bangkok after a long flight from the Netherlands. Nice staff, really helpful. The hotel itself also looks nice. The bar and the pool upstairs are a big plus! Our room was comfortable, I have nothing bad to say about it, except for our pillows. The pillows are really hard.. The hotel is like a 5 to 10 minute walk from terminal 21 and close to the big street. But at night it's quiet.

Traveled 24 hours on flight. They had rooms ready but would not check me in until exactly 2pm. They made me wait 30 minutes for bad policy and I was smelly and tired from long long flight. During my stay, I had visitor and it was like interrogation despite me listing 2 guests. They wanted ID or passport. I started to just ignore the front desk staff and walk by. That was another ridiculous policy. They gave me a secure key annd you have to have it to get up the elevator and then they start asking for my ID, when I return and there is a different staff. Again. I just ignored. I do not take my passport out drinking with me. The property was very nice but these were very negative intrusions on my stay and why I will NOT stay here again and only give 3 stars

部屋の設備が悪かった。冷蔵庫が全然冷えない。レースのカーテンがなく日中でも遮光カーテンを開けていると丸見え状態だった。洗面所の鍵が壊れていた。シャワーの照明が暗すぎ。 スタッフの対応は良かったフレンドリーで対応が良かっだけに設備が悪いところは直せるところは直した方が良いと思う

Check in kaos!
Arrive at the hotel at 11.30 am was told that check in is at 2pm and my room not ready yet. No problems with that. Did notis that there was 5 or 6 people waiting in the lobby. I come back again at 1:30 pm now there are around 30 people waiting in the lobby. Turns out that everyone is waiting to check in. And exactly 2 ph the 2 women behind the counter starts the check in . With a long line of tired travelers waiting for there room. In all my years of traveling i never experience anything like this in a hotel.

Stayed here several times. Nice discount on weekly bookings. Hard to find a better deal anywhere around Asoke. Nice, simple breakfast buffet with really good eggs and soup. Nice pool, small but good gym. Next time I'll book a month, even if I travel for a few days here and there.

Sentralt og kort vei til BTS banen
Hotellet ligger sentralt til BTS banen. Vi brukte Nana stasjon som var den korteste veien til hotellet. Ikke noe problem med å lagre bagasjen på hotellet hvis en skal reise med fly på kvelden. Hotellet har et tilbud slik at en kan ta seg en dusj før en reiser på kvelden. Hyggelig betjening+++

The room is super clean and the mattress very clean and comfortable. Super central, a short walk from Terminal 21 and 1 skytrain stop from EmQuarters. Staff is very attentive, responsive and kind. Overall a great value for money!
