Ze hebben ons prima geholpen. Een keer ontbijt uitgeprobeerd maar beter om lekker buiten de deur te eten. Lekker bedden. Badkamer prima. Leuk dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op 38 ste etage Op 2 ligt zwembad. Overal perfect hotel voor het geld

We had a 2 bedroom suite for a good price but the hotel is getting a little bit out dated. If the rates would be higher we would not be satisfied, for now it was ok. Public Transport is a 10-15 minutes walk what can be exhausting in Bangkok.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Bangkok. The 2-bedroom appartments are very comfortable and spacious and although the hotel clearly needs maintenance and updating, it still feels modern and like home. The location is in a quiet business area with BTS train nearby. The hotel was under renovation (guess starting up again after Covid), so only half the lobby was in use and it was a bit messy checking in. The one let-down this time was the breakfast. Our kids used to love the breakfast spread and -quality here...but not this time. The choises was literally half of what it used to be and the quality was not OK: Coffee tasted off, Pancakes and waffles were dry (even when ordered new). This may be because of the low occupancy due to Corona ... but next time I would not pay for breakfast again, unless it improves to former standards All in all still a very good deal for a hotel in Bangkok.

Ontvangst was uitstekend, kamer SNEL vrij gemaakt voor ons, ondanks we gezegd hadden dat we na de douche in de fitness ruimte met plezier aan de zwemdok zouden rusten. Daardoor misschien toch enkele nalatigheden, haar in de badkamer, pluchen en haar op de carpet in de living... Voor de rest niets dan positieve commentaar.

Voortreffelijk hotel.
Buiten het echte centrum gelegen maar op 5' wandelen van BTS Skytrain zodat alle attracties vlot te bereiken zijn. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, voor elk wat wils met mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten,wel heel druk. Mooie skybar met uitzicht over Bangkok, vooral s'avonds als de zon ondergaat. Enig minmpunt soms lang wachten aan de liften.

We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and for some reason, this one didn’t have a coffee machine to make a latte or cappuccino. We had to park in a different building which meant if it rained you would need an umbrella. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite and loved that it was spacious enough for 4 of us. Also, liked that there was a proper dining table for all the food we ate lol. The room itself is a little dated but everything worked fine and had no other issues really. The view was very pretty at night. Staff were super lovely and helpful with any queries or requests we had. The service is second to none and most staff are English speaking so that was an added plus as we didn’t have to butcher their language trying to converse so I was grateful for that :). The hotel location is also good as it is quite close to most things we wanted to do (about 40mins from airport) but easy to catch sky train or even a bolt/grab their version of Uber from the hotel also. Also, did a tour through the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed both we had the cutest tour guides for the 2 tours we did and recommend booking through them if you want. Also, not sure if it was just because we went in the hottest month (April) and if aircon units were just struggling to get really cold because of that or if it’s cause the aircon system is quite old. But, overall, a great stay with lovely staff and great amenities. Also, the rooftop bar is super cool!

This is a 2 star property. If you can afford to pay $20 more per night, please go elsewhere. Carpets are terrible- stained. Rooms smell musty. Sleeping bed and linen stinks. Bathroom has water leaks. And it stinks. The room keys don’t necessarily work. It’s just an old run down place and is an avoid if you could. Terrible experience.

Staff were super nice and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was worth the extra cost. Food is pretty much the same every day except a few rotating dishes. Location-wise, no major complaints. All attractions were easily accessible via rideshare apps. Enjoyed the pool, especially around 3pm when the building blocks the sun and you get to swim in a perfected shaded pool and avoid terrible sunburn. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The living room, bathrom, and the dining area are renovated and exceeded our expectations. Rooms can appear a little outdated but no major complaints. Bed was clean. Housekeeping was 5/5. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time!

I would like to say the roof top bar was unique but it was like a secret men’s club! The staircase was behind a curtain and unless you make a point of saying you want to go up to the roof they sit you outside on a tiny balcony with a few tables! Terrible customer service!

My stay at the JC Kevin was a great value! There are not many shops close by but very walkable to many things and in a nice, clean, quiet part of town. Most of the famous attractions are on average 15-30min taxi/rideshare. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was very clean and tidy, a little dated and rusty in the bathroom but for the price it was something easy to overlook! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our party and super knowledgeable! The zoom bar on the rooftop was also nice and great staff there too. The pool and gym facilities are very well manitained with gorgeous city views, and I will dream about the watermelon blended drinks by the pool for years to come! Overall great stay and would recommend!
