We serve principally visiting business executives, and the proximity of the airport a short 15-minute drive away means that we also welcome many tourists on the first stage of their exploration of Bangkok and Thailand. I do, however, accept that we are not in a main tourist venue although taxis to the Sky-train to the city centre are easily accessible. Kantary is not located in a tourist area so don’t expect anything like Silom or Sukhumvit in terms of vibe, restaurants etc. Which suited us just fine. It has its pro’s and con’s. It is conveniently located relative to the airport which was a key factor for us. The hotel itself is VERY dated. The whole feel of the place is very 1970’s/80’s. The room we had was a two bedroom spacious, give it that, but I think we were the first people that had stayed in it for a long time. The kitchen and parts of the room were a bit grotty but the bathrooms and beds were ok. I wouldn’t use the kitchen facilities to cook anything, and I wouldn’t sit on the sofa/chairs in the living room without a plastic sheet. Check in was efficient and staff polite without doing anything more than they needed. Be prepared to lug your own bags from your taxi to reception and your room as Theo’s guys must have been at lunch when we arrived. All in all, ok but we checked out the next day and moved to somewhere far more pleasant.

호텔이 진짜 넓고 깨끗해요!! 에어컨도 잘 나오구 전체적으로 관리도 잘되어있습니다. 방가피 몰이랑 가까워서 좋았어요. 공항, 카오산로드 등도 택시로 2-30분정도 이내라 택시도 잘잡히구 좋았습니다 다음에 또 방콕갈일이 있으면 애용할것 같아요 조식은 다양하지는 않았는데 전체적으로 무난하게 잘 먹었습니다~ 맛도괜찮아요!

Preis Leistung so lala...
Das Hotel macht von aussen nicht einen besonderen Eindruck. Ihnen ist es jedoch sehr modern und es hat alles was es braucht. Unser Zimmer war zur Strassenseite gelegen und denn Verkehr hörze man bei geschlossen Fenstern sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes und für das Einstellbett musste man seperat bezahlen, obwohl ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht wurde.

Nice hotel and awesome staff but there were some things I didn’t like. The pool was too cold and my kids could hardly swim in it. Too many bugs and lizards in the hotels. More pest control needed. Great breakfast buffet offerings and great housekeeping staff.

수완나품 공항과 가깝고, 시내와 조금 떨어져 있음. 걸어서 13분 정도거리에 몰이 있고, 1분거리에 세븐일레븐이 있어 물 등 필요한 것들을 쉽게 구매할 수 있음. 가족 여행으로 2개 침실 스위트룸에 묶었는데, 매우 넓고, 깨끗하고 쾌적한 공간을 제공함. 아침 조식은 깔끔한 뷔페로 만족스러움. 자리에 앉자마자 제공하는 커피가 마음에 들어, 태국커피를 귀국길에 구매함. 전체적으로 만적스러운 숙소임.

We always stay at the Kantary House when we visit Bangkok annually. Great foodxand customer service in every area. Location is 15 minutes away by taxi from Suvarnabhumi airport too. Really enjoy their executive lounge too.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Close to the airport and we found it to have very good facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and were always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The local area is off the tourist track but we needed a hotel to stay in over night before flying out next morning and this one was ideal. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice serviced apartment/hotel room. There were many choices for the breakfast buffet including authentic Thai selections. Your eggs are cooked to order. The restaurant had a diverse menu including Japanese/Thai and Western cuisine and a very attentive and pleasant staff. There are very nice amenities: an enclosed ground level lounge with light refreshments 24/7, daily maid service, restaurant, outdoor pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna and steam room. There was a problem at check-in due to that the hotel had not been notified of our arrival by Expedia.com. The hotel gave us access to an apartment while they corrected a communication problem and verified that our 4 day reservatiom had been paid in full prior to our arrival.

Nice apartments close to the airport, if you need to relax in between your flights. They also have small kitchens where you can cook if you don't feel like calling for room service or going downstairs to the hotel's restaurant. Very friendly staff.

A good option near Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital
We like to stay here with our 2 small kids whenever we have medical appointments at Samitivej Srinakarin. The one bedroom suite is spacious, the pool is clean and nice, the restaurant is suitable, and the Mall Bangkapi is a 15 minute walk.

Old hotel in need of upgrades
This is a old hotel / serviced apartment primarily use for Japanese workers on short term assignments in Thailand. As such, expect smoking odors, lack of upgrades, low quality food in restaurant, The new addition within the past 5 years is in need of significatnt upgrades as well. So many better hotels in the area to choose from at similar rates

We have certain floors which are non-smoking but I am sorry if the food in our restaurant was not to your taste. Well past it’s useful life, even with upgrades the property is still lacking. Restaurant staff poorly trained.

Overall it was okay but the mattress for a bed is a bit hard and made me uncomfortable.

Comfortable value stay with good restaurant
The stay was comfortable. The restaurant catered great food at good prices. The only downside to the stay was that maintenance work was being done in a room nearby from 9am making it impossible to rest during the daytime.

今回の目的がザモールバンカピ(現地では、ドゥ・モールらしい)やローカルなショッピング&マッサージめぐりでしたのでこちらを選びました。部屋はスタンダードでも広くて、バスタブの大き目、キッチンに鍋、レンジ、トースターあります。朝食も5つ星にはかないませんが、マフィン、クロワッサン、タイの炒め物など、好みのがそろっていて大変満足です。他おかゆ、味噌汁、キムチあり、サラダの手作りドレッシングタルタル風もおいしい。プールは写真より素敵で水もきれいです。日中、ずっと日が当たっていました。難があるとしたら、今回スタンダードだったからかわかりませんが、メインビルから一度でて、毎回カードキーで出入りしなければならないので、面倒。部屋のエアコンの調節が難しいの2点。他は従業員もみなさん親切笑顔だし、タクシーも予約時間前にきていて、メーターでどこでもいってくれます。いつもはサイアム近辺でしたが、ちょっと離れただけで親切なドライバーやホテル従業員にであえてほんとに毎日たのしく気分よく過ごせました。

Nice place, close to airport but not downtown.
The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The only issue was that is was not very close to downtown.

A nice hotel close to the airport. The rooms were modern and clean. The Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful and I would stay again.
