Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful by providing maps and recommendations. Grab and go coffee and breakfast snacks were in the lobby every morning and freshly baked cookies were available every afternoon. Coffee was hot and fresh all day. Upon request, our pillows were swapped out for flatter ones and additional clothes hangers were delivered to our room. We will certainly stay here if we visit Bar Harbor again.

The property was well kept and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was one King and it was a tiny room, but clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not what we are use to, but all in all, we enjoyed our trip to the area and were happy with our choice of lodging.

The property was conveniently located. The room was lovely with a comfortable firm bed. The shower was powerful and the water remained hot. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise as well as the chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon and evening. The concierges at the property were the most attentive and informative we’ve experienced. Kudos and thank you to Christopher, Constance and Penny!!

Christopher and Julie were fabulous. Very knowledgeable about the area and excellent recommendations for restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and we were pleasantly surpised when we returned our first night and found out beds made and fresh towels (so few places cleannthe room and make beds for a two night stay. The location was easy walking distance from downtown and a short ride from Acadia. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was by far my best experience in any hotel and I am not young! Penny and Constance, at the reception desk, were amazing at taking care of everyone’s needs, explaining and suggesting activities, restaurants, best time for everything. The were friendly, knowledgeable, available and fun to interact with. A family atmosphere. They made our trip better then we could have expected. The accommodations were also great and clean, loved the breakfast food available, great start to the day. Hotel is within easy walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor. I would recommend to anyone heading to Bar harbor.

This was an absolutely amazing stay! Constance greeted us with cookies, upgraded our room and gave us detailed hiking tips and advice in the area. The room was clean and big with easy parking right out front. It was a quick walk to the Bar Island sand bar and all the shops downtown and a brief drive to Acadia Visitor's center and cadillac mountain. Could not recommend more!

Christopher and Constance at Bar Harbor Manor made an amazing stay even better! Not only were the room and facilities clean and beautiful, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Christopher gave us dinner recommendations every single night based on what we were in the mood for and Constance gave us an amazing hiking route tailored to our interests and hiking ability every morning! Will absolutely be returning to this hotel every time I come to Acadia

The Bar Harbor Manor is great! Well located (quiet, but walkable to downtown), very comfortable rooms, nice property, easy parking, and AMAZING customer service. Ask them anything and you'll get thorough, helpful, and friendly responses and information. Cannot wait to return.
