Meine schlimmste Erfahrung bei Hotel Buchung! 2 w.c für 8 Zimmer. Eine w.c war kaputt. Beide W.C waren schrecklich schmutzig. Zimmer war sehr laut und schmutzig. Das lohnt sich nicht für das zimmer zahlen.

Great location in Barcelona with responsive staff. Shared bathroom and quite the walk up to the rooms but there's an elevator! Overall great place to stay for a few days!

Nous sommes arrivés(we de Pacques) vers 20h45 et déjà surpris qu'il n'y ait personne (alors que cela devait être ouvert jusqu'à 22h). Nous avions les codes et avonc rapidement récupéré notre clé (n°6) mais alors que sur chaque porte de chambre il y avait le numéro, il n'y avait pas de chambre 6. Nous avons alors téléphoné et nous sommes tombé sur une personne qui ne comprenais rien (pire nous a communiqué la clé d'une chambre occupée). Elle a finalement appelé son manager et avons compris que notre chambre était à l'entrée avec la porte derrière une chaise et sans numéro. La chambre est petite, pas de café, et salle de bain et toilettes dans le couloir. De plus le lit est petit et pas confortable, le tout avec un prix élevé. Bref,à éviter absolument.

Nous souhaitons également clarifier certaines questions : concernant la réception, nous n'en avons pas et c'est précisé dans la description de notre hôtel mais nous avons également différents moyens de communication afin que le client puisse communiquer avec nous pour toute préoccupation. Concernant votre petite chambre, rappelez-vous que vous avez réservé la chambre économique qui ne dispose pas de machine à café comme nous vous l'avons expliqué et vous pouvez également voir dans le descriptif de votre chambre qu'une n'est mentionnée nulle part et, comme détaillé dans votre réservation, Elle dispose d'une salle de bains commune et est plus petite que le reste des chambres. Quant au prix élevé, nous gérons des prix compétitifs pour la ville de Barcelone et nous essayons de maintenir un prix et une qualité en fonction de ce que nous proposons. Enfin, nous tenons à préciser que vos instructions d'enregistrement étaient claires et que nous avons fait tout ce qui était en notre pouvoir pour vous assister et vous aider à entrer dans votre chambre, même après que vous soyez entré dans une autre chambre avec des invités à l'intérieur. The room was nice and clean but it is a shared bathroom property. They should've had slippers and robes since the bathrooms are shared and not all tourists can bring all of that, I couldn't, I only had a small bag and use it for other cities, so no space. Since there's no one to attend you personally, you communicate via email. The City tax is higher (not a lot) but considering it is a shared bathroom hotel and not an actual person attending and don't have the service of watching over your luggage after checkout, I think it is too much. I know that mistakes happen but the one thing that annoyed me the most is that they were going to charge me $20 when in the preliminary email I was told to pay $10. Later, I was told I did not pay which I did and I let the housekeeper know. But again, there is no one to assist you so I was told to leave the money in the room. That was not cool

Hostel - Would stay again
It was clean and we felt safe, but wish they were more up front about it being a hostel. Everyone does have their own locked room, and the two shared bathrooms are nice. The building, floor and your room are all locked, makes you feel safe.

Despite listing in room amenities as having a shower this was not true, SHARED bathrooms showers toilets etc Check in was a nightmare as they hand't left my key card in the correct box so had to wait nervously until luckily a cleaner attended by chance to assist. BUILDING work above the property made the noise unbearable. This is not a hotel, it is a hostel Customer service was vacant and despite promising a refund they then got upset that i had complained to Hotels.com and withdrew their offer and then subsequently ignored me Other guests also claimed they felt they had been cat fished by this property mis selling in the descriptions

Dear Damien,First we want to thank you for your comment. As we already told you, we inform you on all our platforms that there are rooms, like the one you reserved, that have a shared bathroom. We have communicated this fact several times to Expedia, but they have not updated the services, and that is what was explained to you and what you agreed with. When you arrived, you contacted us because you couldn't find the key and we assisted you, in fact we communicated with you both by phone call and WhatsApp. Regarding the noise, we are surprised that you will not comment on it or complain about it at any time, in fact the guests are usually very happy with the attention we provide and with the good rest that our facilities provide. We do not quite understand why it implies that we are a hostel when we are not, in fact we are recognized as a Boutique. When you complained, we offered you a refund equal to the amount of one night, which you accepted, but at the same time made a complaint through expedia requesting a full refund. You told us that you agreed with the refund offered and that it seemed good to you but then you did the opposite; complain and request full refund. We have made the refund that we offered you, at no time did we go back on our word, therefore it does not seem correct for you to understand the opposite here, although you already made it very clear that you were going to leave us bad reviews on all those platforms that you could comment on to lower the hotel's rating.Honestly, from the first moment your attitude towards us was very rude and the only thing we did was try to give you solutions for what you were demanding and always with respect and with the intention of helping you, therefore the threats that you made towards the staff and your attitude seems out of place.Finally, we wish you the best.Kind regards.

A great stay
Comfortable and spacious room, clean shared washrooms, good coffee and mini-fridge in room was so nice. Located close to Passeig de Gracia (airport train - 6 min walk). Very good value and beautiful view from room. Only thing I didn't like was heavy use of room freshener (perfume / fragrance) in hallway was so strong that it permeated the room. Not good for asthma / people with scent allergies.

Indiqué sur le site comme un hôtel alors qu’il s’agit d’une auberge de jeunesse. Aucune réception sur place, juste des instructions par mail et une boîte à clef. Pas de stationnement sur place, mis à part des parkings ultras chers ou des places très rares dans la rue. Il y a 2 petites salles de bains et Wc partagés pour 5 ou 6 chambres. La propreté est moyenne. Le quartier est un peu loin du centre de Barcelone mais plutôt calme. Puis pour bien finir le séjour, l’établissement à débité une somme supérieure à ce qui était prévu par Hotels.com… jusqu’au bout ce séjour aura été plus que mauvais

Cher client, tout d'abord, nous tenons à préciser que sur une simple recherche sur Internet, vous verrez que notre hôtel est bien un hôtel. Maintenant concernant la réception, tout l'intérêt du message avec les codes d'accès est qu'il n'y a pas de réceptionniste dans l'hôtel, et donc nos clients peuvent accéder seuls à leur chambre. En ce qui concerne le parking, nous offrons la possibilité de laisser votre voiture dans un parking à proximité pour seulement 12 euros par jour, compte tenu de la zone où se trouve l'hôtel, c'est un bon prix. De plus, les salles de bain sont réservées à trois chambres uniquement, les autres chambres étant équipées d'une salle de bain privative. Concernant le travail effectué par le service de nettoyage, votre commentaire nous surprend puisque nous avons beaucoup de bons commentaires de nos anciens clients. Concernant la taxe de séjour, il y a eu une augmentation du coût de la taxe de séjour, et il semble que votre réservation n'ait pas été mise à jour.
