The room was clean and the location is good. A bit hard to find tho. There is no mini fridge in the room. The staff is very nice I will definitely come back here if I’m going to Barcelona again.

Was zeer nette kamers maar wel een paar dingen in het kamer die niet goed was, probleem met de douche water kwam omhoog, geen toilet borstel, geen tea of coffee apparaat op de kamer kan wel bij receptie voor een klein bedrag, geen kluis.

Een erg prettig hotel met vriendelijk en persoonlijk personeel. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De centrale ligging, 10 minuten van de Ramblas, is ook perfect.

We stayed here on a brief visit to Barcelona. The place is not well identified from the street, no signage at all. It is more like a rooming house located in an apartment building. Our room was not cleaned after we arrived and the very nice woman there did not speak English. The place is a 35 minute walk to many attractions.

Simple propre et idéalement placé ! seul bémol l’entente pour la réservation et le tarif du parking. Aucune resa possible par l’hôtel et ensuite comme c’est un hôtel arrivée/départ autonome on ne voit personne pour avoir le tarif spécial à 19€ la nuit du coup on a payé 25€…

Si nos permite corregirla, no somos un piso reformado, somos un Boutique Hotel (en España categorizado como pensión). En detalles del establecimiento, se indico el horario de recepción es de 08:00 hasta las 16:00. También la mandamos un mensaje indicando, que si no llegan sobre las 16.00, la mandaríamos un mensaje con las instrucciones y códigos de acceso al establecimiento. El precio de la estancia lo fijamos según el mercado y la demanda en Barcelona. No podemos fijar precios según los deseos de los clientes, ya que algunos sabiendo que no tiene el desayuno incluido, se marchan sin pagarla, no queremos saber como hubiera sido si fuera la estancia. Tomamos nota de su queja sobre el ruido, aunque estamos en el centro de Barcelona, estudiaremos como mejorar las instalaciones para disminuir la contaminación acústica. Lo del olor de cañería también lo investigaremos, debido a que usted es la primera en quejarse de ello y aunque la habitación se ocupo por otros clientes después, nadie lo ha mencionado. Agradecemos su comentario y esperemos que tenga un buen viaje. Lastima que ha decidido no querer volver a quedar con nosotros. Gracias y saludos cordiales

Super, bel accueil et bel emplacement.
Un super séjour, Nous y avons séjourné en famille à 4. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h et avons pu recevoir les clés en main propre, la personne à l’accueil est très sympa, merci pour son accueil. La chambre est accessible en ascenseur (facile d’accès avec la poussette). Idéalement placé avec le métro juste à côté. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. Nous avons pu avoir un table à repasser et un fer à prêter, un sèche cheveux est dispo dans la chambre ainsi que des produits de salle de bain.

You will love it!
I don’t typically review and I’m not paid to do this by any means. I’ve stayed in many hostels across Europe and this is by far the best. They truly exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and great location. Room was very nice and comfortable king bed. My boyfriend was sick unfortunately so we spent a lot of time in the room. It was perfect. They have smart tv to log into Netflix etc. shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, slippers, free coffee etc. All the small details were there. Many people complained about the noise in other reviews. I didn’t notice it but I also live in Philadelphia so maybe I’m used to it. They do provide ear plugs in the room to address it. For the money - this is definitely the move and I would book again.

Great location and friendly stuff.
Great location and good place to stay in Barcelona. The stuff were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and good size for a family. Good beds and quite place although the old windows can't close properly anymore and you hear quite a lot of noise from the street. The main thing to improve is the check in. There are two '102' (102 and 102 Bis) but not easy to find. Adding a sentence to the instrusaying that the entrance is next to the Mauri pastisserie would really help. Sending the codes to get it so last minute (they send it to you at 16 if you arrive later that day, makes you feel a bit insecure. The code at the main entrance didn't really work, but they were trying to fix it. Again, good place to stay but there are simple improvements which can make your stay more comfortable and reliable. The ladies working there were the best! Very helpful.

Tout à été parfait! De l'accueil à la chambre rien à redire... Il faut juste savoir que tout se passe au 1er étage (accessible ascenseur) et avoir le code porte 🚪 du bas de l'immeuble. La chambre dans laquelle nous etions etait séparé d'une grande salle de bain très bien équipée.

Tout était parfait, la jeune fille de la réception adorable et aux petits soins, toujours le sourire, et se donne à 100% pour satisfaire sa clientèle. La chambre très propre et confortable, ménage fait régulièrement, on remplace les échantillons de savon et gel douche après utilisation ( c'est pas partout), le jeune homme à la porte est très gentil aussi, je reviendrai sûrement. L'emplacement est idéal, au centre de tout, avec de bons restaurants tout autour. Bref, au top. Merci
