Beste Mark, Dank u wel voor uw review en uw verblij bij ons in Granados83. Ik ben erg blij om te horen dat uw evaluatie in het algemeen positief was en dat wij dus grootendeels uw verwachtingen waar hebben kunnen maken. Wel vind ik het jammer om te horen van uw indruk van de kamer. Helaas was het hotel volgeboekt en waren wij niet in de mogelijkheid om u te upgraden zoals normaal gesproken gedaan wordt wanneer het hotel niet is volgeboekt. In het Granados83 hebben wij verschillende kamers om aan iedereen zijn of haar wensen te voldoen. De single rooms zijn knus maar slim ontworpen om iedereen uitermate op zijn gemak te laten voelen. Aan de andere kant, de dubbele standaard kamers hebben meer ruimte en de familie kamers hebben zelfs plek voor vier personen. Bij een volgend bezoek aan ons hotel kunt u ons altijd emailen voor een uitgebreide beschrijving van onze kamers zodat foto´s in het echt niet meer tegen kunnen vallen. Uw feedback is enorm belangrijk voor ons omdat het ons helpt om nog meer te verbeteren betreffende de service en uitrusting die wij aan onze wel gewaardeerde gasten bieden. Ik waardeer uw feedback enorm en hoop u weer welkom te kunnen heten in ons hotel wanneer we dan de kans krijgen om 100% aan uw verwachtignen te voldoen in het Granados83.
