Zeer goede ligging in een van de leukste gebieden van Barcelona. Welkom en hulp vanuit de denk was prima. Het appartement voldeed helaas niet aan de verwachtingen. Het was heel leuk qua opzet maar de bedden waren slecht en de badkamer was klein en vuil. Schimmel op kitnaden en voegen tegels. Dit was een afknapper.

Prima locale service en goed appartement, midden in centrum vanwaar je heel veel kunt doen. Top ! Schoon en van alle luxe voorzien. Een echte aanrader!!

We stayed in the Esparteria Apartments for five nights and stayed on the 3rd floor. The apartment is very functional. It has everything you need but it misses comfort and character. The interior is very basic. There is no good couch or chair to relax on. The bathroom tiles where dirty and sticky. But most annoying about this complex is that all the doors make a lot of noise when someone closes it down. Especially the main entrance door gives a terrible noise that will wake you up even on the 3rd floor. There is no cleaning service during youre stay. You can ask for it but then you have to pay: fresh towels will cost you ten and a full cleaning fifty euro's a time if you stay less than a week. We have a very mixed feeling about these apartments.

Apartment is very well equipped. We were super impressed that there were even scissors and a lemon squeezer! Staff very helpful. The area is a little noisy at night but you are right in the middle of the Gothic quarter.

The staff is always very welcoming and helpfull. Some noise must be anticipatet, since it is within the city center (really not a lot). Never the less, it is an amazing location. Close to shopping, close to the beach and amazing bars/restaurants in the area. and the communication is great, from arriving to depature.

The whole stay was perfect. Location is ideal and the apartment was easily the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Decent sized rooms with everything you'd need. Communication was brilliant from the first email to check in. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in future!

Excelente ubicación, en todo el corazón de El Born, rodeado de mágicos callejones con creativas y oníricas tiendas suspendidas entre arcadas y arcos góticos donde no sabes si te saldrá algún personaje de Harry Potter o Jack el Destripador. Bares de autor cada 20 metros con pócimas y brebajes de insondables procedencias, coto de caza de bohemios, artistas, diletantes, estudiantes, coleccionistas y renacentistas, todos embrujados por igual y amparados bajo la magnificencia de la hiper hermosa Basílica de Santa María del Mar que reposa a escasos metros. Los apartamentos guardan una acogedora personalidad, decorados con calidez y con vistas a destartalados y acaso sugestivos balcones que presumen de cierta atemporalidad. Un diminuto ascensor los llevará a vuestros aposentos, o podrán escoger una muy histriónica y estrecha escalera donde el marmol de los inverosímiles escalones se ha rendido al paso de sus moradores y desde luego al paso del tiempo, adoptando gastadas sinuosidades: cuidado al descender, aquí no habitan dos escalones iguales...El personal de acogida super amable, la chica que nos atendió y condujo al apartamento fué toda sonrisa, luz y amabilidad, divisa tristemente cada vez mas ausente y extranjera de los rostros de los habitantes de la ciudad Condal. Apenas a un par de minutos a pie de la Plaza Palau, cerca de abastos donde apertrecharse de cualquier antojo y desde luego, algún buen tinto para que surja la poesía, lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Bodde här under en kompisresa till Barcelona. Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet! Bra läge med bra restauranger ett stenkast bort och inga problem att utgå härifrån när ni vill upptäcka staden. Köket hade det som behövdes för att kunna laga lättare mellanmål och frukost. Fräsch toa och bra rum dock något korta sängar i ena rummet. Mycket trevlig personal som gav bra bemötande och svarade på alla ev. frågor!

Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!! Mysigt läge i lugnt äldre kvarter. Trevlig personal och fin lägenhet med franska balkonger åt flera håll. Bra standard och rent och snyggt! Kommer återvända till denna lägenhet nästa gång vi besöker Barcelona!

I like the apartment. It was even better that I expected. Spacious, clean, and located at the great area. We walked to the beach about 15 min. The subway is very close. A lot of places to eat (La Luna is great restaurant), souvenir shops, supermarkets; Arco de Triunfo only 9 min walking. If you need to get to the airport, I would say you can risk it and take a train as they have recommend it, but only if you have a lot of time. I would take a bus next time. I like this place, the employees was very nice, I would stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and so helpful. On arrival, booking in was easy and all details about the unit were very clearly explained to us. They were also more than happy to book tours for us and gave of their time to provide clear directions. 5 stars for the staff.

Smooth and easy stay
Great three night stay in the one bedroom apartment. Kitchen well equipped for two and the general state of the apartment was ok. Location is simply awesome, so was the level of service. The Inside BCN office is right beneath the apartment.

Great stay in Barcelona
The apartment was great and in an incredible location. One of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona with easy access to any part of the city. The only negative was work being done on the building during our stay and it could get quite noisy at times as sounds travels easily through the walls. But that is to be expected in a historic neighborhood like El Born with mostly older buildings. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment.

Nicely situated apartment in La Ribera
We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was in an excellent location for accessing the "old city" and was within a 5 minute walk to the metro to access other parts of the city. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, one bathroom for 3 people. It was located on the 3rd floor and there was an elevator. The building was secured and was close to the rental office. The office staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were close to many bars, restaurants and shops and within steps of the Santa Maria del Mar church and placa and within minutes to the Picasso Museum, Passeig del Born and la Barcelonita harbor. The apartment was clean and had all of the basics needed for our stay. There were large windows and French doors for natural light. It could use some updating but even without those, it was absolutely fine for what we needed. I would stay there again for sure!

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier El Born à quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs attraits touristiques: le zoo, le parc de Ciutadella, le musée Picasso, la mer et ses plages... On trouve également plusieurs boutiques d'artisan et de très bons petits restos à proximité. Le personnel de Inside Barcelona est dévoué et très professionnel. Nous avons loué l'appartement Attico 2. Bien que nous ayons bien apprécié le confort et la terrasse de l'appartement, nous avons été un peu surpris à prime abord par le décor qui était différent des décors qu'on voit dans les photographies vues sur le site Expédia.

Great location in El Borne
The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. These are unserviced apartments (although cleaning, towel changes are available for an extra fee). We stayed with our two teenage children. The common area and 2nd bedroom were smaller than we expected from the pictures. The bathroom layout was good/spacious, but the tile in the shower was old and hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. There was a lot of mildew/mold in the grout. The furniture in the common area was a bit tired- the sofa was worn out and needs to be replaced. As the company states, the lift is very small and the stairs are narrow and steep. We stayed on the 4th floor and generally took the stairs with no problem, but if you have trouble with stairs you may not be happy on the higher floors.I would stay there again because the location was fabulous.

Great location
Overall we loved the apartment in Barcelona - it used space really well and allowed us to have an extremely comfortable spot to land and siesta. Amenities were great including a well stocked kitchen and laundry facility in room that was free. Highlights: - Locations was phenomenal, just a few blocks from the Picasso museum with a ton of amazing restaurants and shops near by - The entire apartment was well furnished and comfortable with a lot of great light including both a private as well as a shared balcony near the elevator - The building and neighborhood felt safe and included a PED entry to the building for added safety There were only a few things that stood out that could be improved: - We needed to be very precise about when we would arrive. The lobby is not staffed 24 hours and when our flight was delayed coming in, the woman that checked us in made a few comments about how we were lucky she was still there - Directions they provided didn't help us find it. Even when close to the location, locals had no idea where it was and we wound up getting a pedi cab to get us there. Even with his GPS, still took a few circles to find it - Our apartment was on the top floor and one of the things we discovered is that if the elevator isn't run, it goes into a dormant state that means it "resets" it self. The noise, which is a loud clang, didn't bother me, but did keep my partner up one night. So, may not be the best for light sleepers.

This is a very well equipped and well run self-catering apartment in a central location in Barcelona. The bells from Santa Maria del Mar chime from 7 a.m until 11 p.m. and there can be a bit of street noise at night, but this is a small price to pay for such a central and atmospheric location. We thoroughly enjoyed our ten night stay there.

Hyggelig personale og god service fra bestiling til hjemreise. De bidro med veibeskrivelser, tips til aktiviteter og spisesteder. Henting av nøkkel og innsjekk, samt komtakt med personalet var i et komtor på gateplan like ved og var åpent på dagtid. Rent og pent i leiligheten da vi kom. Daglig vask og bytte av håndkle var ikke innkludert i ordinær pris. Flott område med barn, da det var relativt nært strandområdet og lite trafikk i gatene. Også sentralt i forhold til zoo, akvarie og spisesteder/butikker.

Roof apartment in El Born
Studio apartment right in the heart of El Born. Location is excellent with everything you need on your doorstep. Explore all the narrow streets with lovely shops, bars & restaurants. Very lively in the evenings. All main attractions and beach are within walking distance. The office for the apartments is located in the same building and the team were very helpful. Andrea especially when she emailed us details of metro times & routes when our plans changed at short notice.

Amazing stay. There were 4 of us apartment was spacious with all the essentials! Couldn't beat the location close to the beach, harbour, gothic quarter and las ramblas all walking distance! Nice stay!
Ett perfekt boende i El Born, nära Gotiska kvarteren. Dessutom promenadavstånd till Barceloneta med ca 15 minuters promenad till strand. Vår lägenhet hade allt vi kunde önska, det enda vi saknade i så fall var en liten diskmaskin och det hade rymts på den gedigna diskbänken. Mycket serviceminded personal och Inside Apartments huvudkontor finns i byggnaden till lägenhetshotellet. Lite dålig doft från gatubrunnar i gatan, men inget som störde oss nämnvärt. Vi är mycket nöjda.

El lugar es bonito y cómodo, la atención muy buena pero la ubicación genera un poco de temor si es que uno quiere trasladarse hasta altas horas de la noche por eso llegábamos con mi esposa e hijos antes de que oscurezca.
