We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Fijne kamer, centraal gelegen, afgesloten douche als je met vriendinnen gaat. Goede airco! Het enige wat wij vervelend vonden is dat er geen ruimte is waar je je koffer beveiligd kan achter laten je kan je nergens even omkleden of naar het toilet alleen op je kamer enige minpuntje van deze accommodatie, heb ik overigens nog nooit meegemaakt. Voor de rest oprecht alles top!

The rooms are filthy! They only make the beds and that’s it. They never answer their phone and the rooms don’t have AC. Had to pay the hotel directly instead of through Expedia. They double charged our card after we left and will not refund the double charge and refuse to respond. Stay away from this place, Expedia should not be advertising this place.

However, we find it inappropriate for you to make this defamation of us, since first of all, if the charge is not made directly through Expedia, it is because you choose the option of paying at the hotel. With respect to the double charge it is IMPOSSIBLE, in addition we have not received any message from you regarding the subject. In addition, we inform you that ALL the rooms have air conditioning, and if you did not know how to make it work, you could have contacted reception so that they could help you and teach you how to use it. We have several contact telephone numbers where we are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it has a reception most of the time so that you can request what you need. Finally, the rooms are cleaned EVERY day, to changing sheets, towels and everything necessary for you to be comfortable. Best regards and have a nice day.

L’hôtel de l’inconfort et de la nullité
Cet hôtel est une catastrophe !! Les gens hurlent et font du bruit à toute heure du jour et surtout de la nuit ! Les murs sont fin comme du papier vous entendez les gens de l’autre côté de l’étage parler et c’est un enfer pour la nuit, passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas être déçu ! Pour ma part c’est un 0 pointé et je ne remettrais jamais les pieds ici !

Rooms are comfortable and it was great to have the balcony on to the street. Still very quiet for road noise with the double glazed doors/shutters etc. You can hear more noise from people in the room next to you unfortunately. It didn’t disrupt us too much but when you can hear someone’s full conversation when they come in at 3am and it wakes you up it’s not the best. Drains in the bathroom smelled really bad the first day which I know can happen but reception dealt with it promptly and it didn’t return for the rest of our stay. Perfect location for getting around the city with so many food and drink options close by. Would definitely come back again as it is great value. Nice details in the rooms and buildings and it is in a perfect location

Balcony room is beautiful, great view of the city. Room is slightly on the smaller side for a double but still amazing value for money, felt very open and clean. Easy check in process without needing to speak to anyone, great property overall.

Feels old but lived ok
The place was ok. It has this old feeling to it but I think that's what they were going for. Only complaint. Is we got to put our luggage in our room early before they cleaned. I placed some drinks in the fridge. The cleaner came in and took the drinks probably thinking it was the previous guest. I was just a little annoyed by this but that's just me.

Everything about this experience was less than ideal and a bit weird. The entrance to the property is upstairs (which is fine) but other people that live in the building hang out in the entrance way and it feels not very hotel/welcoming. The room we received was BEHIND the reception desk and had a very strange smell. I believe it was from the shower or sewer but we suffered through it because it was the only room available. Overall the room had ZERO character and is definitely not "boutique"--it felt marginally clean. For the price this "hotel" is not worth it and very disappointing.

Fab place to stay
Right in the heart of Barcelona, close to absolutely anywhere you would want to visit and the triple room that my sisters and I stayed in was really nice. Very clean, staff were really pleasant and helpful. Good WiFi, facilities and spotlessly clean! We would definately recommend and we certainly would love to stay here again.

The apartments were clean and had a modern stylish minimalist conversion. There are different sizes and the one we were staying in was one of the smallest. Very compact so don't expect to be doing yoga in the room. Good shower and wifi and tv all worked well.

The design of the rooms is great. Everything inside has a good distribution. Just the elevator was old and small but functional, however lots of stairs if you don't use it... If you book this property with a credit card make sure you use the right one. They do not allow you to use a different one to pay off the balance.

Great location, bed was a little small. Appreciated the water bottles left daily. Lift works well. Felt safe in this area. Small supermarket across street, next to Starbucks and very close to Metro. Easy to get here from Airport. Would rate as a 2 star.

Cozy room with great location. Walking distance to Casa Batllo, Plaza de Catalunya, Ramblas Street. Staffs are nice and welcoming. Only bad this was size of the room but I understand because Barcelona's rental rate is expensive. Highly recommend to go. 좋은 위치에 아늑한 방입니다. 까사바트요, 까탈루냐광장, 람블라스 거리까지 도보거리고, 스탭들이 친절합니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 방 크기인데, 바르셀로나 집값을 생각하면 이해될 정도입니다. 매우 추천합니다.

Really beautiful, simple design to this place. Working air con, super clean, plenty of toiletries available, nice little espresso-maker with cookies and sugar to go along. Small balcony that gives you a nice view of the area - steps away from the metro station luckily, and only a 20 minute walk into the centre of town, close to tons of great restaurants.

This is a potential diamond in the rough. Location is unbeatable but rooms are small and rustic (and historic-ish) in decor. No one came to make up my room while I was out bw 7 and noon. Then, I was back in room. When I left again at 2 pm I was told the cleaner had gone for they day, do tough luck. Less street noise than I expected but too much noise from neighboring room. Wish people would be more though after 10 pm, especially after midnight!

All the features of our accommodation are explicit on the booking.com page, so if you read a little before booking, you could chose double rooms of another hierarchy and measures that it suited your needs. L'arredamento delle stanze è molto carino ed abbastanza pulito ma è una struttura che va bene giusto per soggiorni veloci perché la stanza è veramente piccola e poco attrezzata, con la presenza delle valige si fa fatica a muoversi all'interno, il letto è molto piccolo ed è sprovvista perfino dell'armadio
