Mooi en schoon hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Vooral Bou en Ryan hebben ons super geholpen, maar iedereen was heel lief en gastvrij.

Wat een fantastisch hotel op loopafstand van al het leuks in Barcelona. Fantastische kamers en ontbijt en service en niet te vergeten de fantastisch geote tuin midden in de stad waar het muisstil is!

Grote kamer en ideaal voor gezinnen. Deze hotel verdient 4 sterren (van de 5 als max) als geheel. Helaas heeft de rondlopende kakkerlak in de ontbijtruimte 2 sterren afgepakt.

In terms of location (Bario Gothic), breakfast facilities, staff friendliness (after a false start), and the cleaning of the rooms a 10!. But........... read on! Based on the photos on Expedia, we had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. At first we were given a tiny room as if we had ended up in an inn! After complaining we were offered 2 other rooms and we chose one that suited better. The rooms are certainly not at 4 star level! Everything is outdated and does NOT match the pictures on the internet, it looks beautiful there. The mattresses were completely saggy, the base unstable, and kept sliding apart as soon as you turned around in your sleep. While using the room it didn't feel like we were staying in a 4 star hotel. I must say that the rest, such as entrance, restaurant, all common areas were beautifully finished. However, those are not the areas where we stayed as a family after a long day out. The finish of the bathroom, for example (tiles, sealant, fittings, shower walls) was really bad. The bathroom remained constantly damp after use as there was no extractor fan. Our advice: renovate the rooms according to current standards and on 4-star level. Don't hire cheap amateurs, hire a professional contractor. Invest in quality furniture, especially the beds, at a true 4-star hotel level. Upgrade everything to the level of the entrance / reception / restaurant, then it will be a very fine place to stay.

I stayed for a few days for a nearby conference. The hotel is a perfect location right next to a metro station and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter 15 minutes at most from every location. Staff were absolutely brilliant, incredibly friendly and helpful. The only small criticism I can levy is some of the shared outdoor areas, the seating looked a little dirty but minor in the grand scheme. Would definitely stay again!

The gentleman who checked us in lied to us regarding laundry. We were leaving the hotel to go to the laundromat when he stopped and offered hotel laundry. Since we had a week's worth of laundry, that would have been very expensive so I told the gentleman that we were going to Lavaexpress, nearby. He told it was closed,out of budiness. I found an alternative laundromat, but that one was busy, so I decided to try Lava Express and sure enough it wasn't closed; it was open. Your front desk gentleman just wanted me to use the laundry services. He should not be lying to customers about availability outside of the hotel. The only other comment is our shower in room 3102 completely and totally flooded our bathroom. The design just doesn't work the water was everywhere.

Loved that it was right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and about a 2 min walk from the Boqueria Market. Breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the staff. Highly recommend.

All the staff was great, they had a friendly and polite attitude, willing to answer any question we had. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The locations was close to all shopping area.

Location was great and staff very friendly. Room had some issues like no hot water, top bunk bed had no railing so felt a little unsafe, walls were very thin so noice was an issue

A very central hotel with polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. The room was as expected and a good size for a city break when time spent in the room is minimal. A slight minus was that some of the fixtures and fittings needed a little attention and the towels are not as soft as they could be.Having said that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Nous étions de passage sur Barcelone et avons séjourné 1 nuit dans le petit palace. Nous étions 4 (2adultes 2enfants) Dans la chambre il y avait un lit superposé super pratique pour les enfants SDB immense avec baignoire En revanche une chaleur incroyable dans la chambre lié certainement à un dysfonctionnement de la Clim. Niveau bruit ça va même si l hôtel est en pleine ville on entend rien en dehors de ceux qui étaient dans la cours de l hôtel. Hôtel pratique en famille il est directement au milieu de la Rambla du coup proche à pieds de la plage mais aussi de la ville ! Pour manger juste à traverser la route. C est un hôtel pour dépanner c est pas l hôtel waouuuu mais 10/10 pour le côté pratique Petit dej pas mal il fait le job pas foufou mais ça va.
