Very clean and tidy apartment. Good location near arc de triomphe , near many nice squares and lot's of restaurants and tapas bars. During our stay it was quite warm, so we also appreciated the good working air conditioning.

The apartment was so close to the market and other tour attractions. You can walk for 15 min to see Arc de Triomf. The apartment manager, Albert, was so nice and very friendly. Two rooms were very clean. And, it is easy to get taxi from the apartment.

Excellent location, with some grocery stores and restaurants (must try the combined seafood dish of Pexi d'Or) nearby, also not far from the metro station, quiet and safe overall. Albert is very helpful and kind, he explained everything to us, and helped us with some issues about the kitchen during our stay, and always answer our messages quickly. Although not close to super famous tourist sites, it's still a worthwhile place to stay and enjoy Barcelona.

Location is great, close to the subway station, the area is quiet, close to several small grocery stores and feels secure. Communication was smooth and they always answered on the app quickly. Albert helped us check in, gave us the tour and explanation of the place and tips on enjoying barcelona. The place is spacious, clean and has a washer, full small kitchen and fridge. They give you laundry detergent and dish soap etc as well. We had a very comfortable and spacious stay in barcelona thanks to serennia apts. I would recommend staying here though it is not right in the middle of the super touristy areas

Lots of things were broken, missing light in bathroom with wires hanging out, outlet with no cover, rack in shower falling out. Lots of splatter on the walls/ceilings of all rooms. The second bedroom is so small that the door can't close at all. We had to leave at 6am for the airport and were depending on wifi calling to call taxi. Woke up to no wifi and then the elevator wasn't working and worse yet the entire stairway and lobby had no lights, pitch dark. 6am climbing down 5 flights of stairs with tons of luggage while holding the flashlight on my phone.

The apartment looked exactly as it did in the photos advertised. It was in a quiet and safe area with no problems experienced. It was within a short walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro station. Albert was very accommodating and very communicative. There were no hidden fees, cleaning fees, or any of that nonsense and overall it was a wonderful stay.

Terza volta a a Barcelona,seconda volta in questi appartamenti.Il quaetiere è tranquillo,ricco di caffe e supermercati.La metropolitana si trova a 5 minuti a piedi , il parco e l'arco di trionfo pure.L'appartamento è carino ,moderno,con aria condizionata,non abbiamo trovato lo scolapasta e la centrifuga per l'insalata...ma ci siamo arrangiati ..Abbiamo potuto lasciare le valige in appartamento anche se non era pronto(siamo arrivati prestissimo la mattina, il ceckin era alla 16,sono stati gentili ),e anche al andata abbiamo potuto lasciare le valige in un'altra struttura. Sia Albert il signore che ti aspetta al ceck in,sia i ragazzi al ceck out,sono stati splendidi(ci hanno pure prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto).Insomma appartamenti PERFETTI se volete vivere Barcelona come si deve!

The property was very clean, modern, close to many restaurants and small supermarkets, and very walkable to top attractions. Albert was no-nonsense but very nice and super helpful. Only negatives are no views and the neighbourhood is modern so it lacks old world charm.

O espaço é exatamente como está nas fotos, amplo e bonito, muito confortável para três pessoas, fica próximo ao metrô arco do triunfo e a 15 minutos de caminhada da praça de catalunha. O apartamento é totalmente equipado, inclusive a cozinha e máquina de lavar. O atendimento do Albert foi excelente,, muito bom o custo benefício, porém atenção pois há a cobrança de uma taxa de limpeza de 45 euros no check-in. Gostamos muito! e amamos Barcelona!

These apartments could be great with some work and better communication. After booking the apartment, i sent an email with a few questons and never received a response. There needs to be better communication with the guest as far checkin. Albert was off that day, his phone was turned off and we were just waiting outsislde in the chilly weather with a baby. The bathroom needs a total overhaul. Our ceiling had major water damage, shower rod was broken. The fridge is NOT fullsize as advertised, we had a mini frige that didn't get too cold. As I said, this apartment could use some renovations and it would be great because the location was good. Short walk to everything and its a good size. Its a very quiet building and neighborhood however 2/3 the guest above is came in extremely late and were so loud, dropping things on the floors and woke the baby up numerous times. On night 2 I sent albert a text sking him to please speak with them the following day about the noise; Albert never responded. No surprise there. I probably wouldn't stay again just because even though the appointment was clean the stains, broken things, no full size mirror, lack of communication just didn't work for me.

I like the location in the city - close are many shops and restaurants.Noisy neighbours from the ground floor can be a problem for those who don't sleep well. The property is in a very bad condition. Floors (linoleum) are damaged in many places, kitchen is very old and the refrigerator is leaking. there are no vine glasses - shame on the owners!. The TV is too small (and antenna not working properly and only 2-3 stations are visible), air condition is weak.the water in the toilet is leaking/dropping. In the shower there is a huge brown/green mushroom on the ceiling-half square meter big-just above the head.Looks like there was a flood from upstairs some time ago.but it isn't fixed properly. Looks really awful.The fan in the toilet (which goes on when the lights are on) is kinda dying,making strange noise.possibly never cleaned. We were welcomed by the nice lady; exactly at the same time another family arrived so we had to wait for them to log-on. It took around 20 min-and of course we were charged 40 euro (since we arrived after 22.00) - I think the other family was charged as well. well done,folks.The lady told us that ALBERT is a person we should communicate (WHATSAPP was suggested) when something happened. We arrived on Friday night and on Sunday I have sent several messages to ALBERT informing him about things damaged and things not working in the apartment. He answered in an angry way that he is busy and never come back.NO SUPPORT FROM HIM AND I AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great locatio
The hotel staff (Albert) was fantastic in helping us get oriented to the hotel and everything nearby. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and as shown in the photos. The location - as many have said - is great. The air conditioning was fantastic, which isn’t as common in Europe as in the US. Unfortunately the unit we stayed is in need of some rejuvenation. It was a fantastic apartment when first built but now is a bit worn. In some places, the veneer is coming off the floor or appliances. The doors to the clothes washer are damaged due to a prior flood. These issues didn’t affect our ability to enjoy the place, and everything was fully functional. But it takes what would have been a four star apartment into a three star range

Nice short term apartment in Barcelona
Great location! It was easy to walk to several sites and only 2 blocks from the metro station. The area was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated having the washer, kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Some minor repairs are neede such as the kitchen faucet and shower that sprays in every direction. But still a great place to stay for a few days.

Genel olarak rahat ettiğimiz bir evdi.Markete ve metroya çok yakın.Fakat bulunduğu metro hattı ile çok fazla bir lokasyona ulaşamıyorsunuz çoğu yere 2 metro hattı kullanarak gidiyorsunuz.Otel girişinde Albert bize çok güzel tüyolar verdi.Evdeki mutfak gereçleri genel olarak iyidi ama tava çok kötüydü.Eğer kullanacaksanız yanınıza almanızı tavsiye ederim.

Apartment needs renovation, esoecially floor. Location is convinion, but its almost china-town. On friday evening there was noise from small garden - music and loud talks. Wi-fi sometimes disappeared for a period of time.

Barcelona has different neighbourhoods and if you are close to the city center is more probable that you find more foreigners. Also, the city center tends to be more active, especially at the weekend, so it is usual to hear people at night. This room worked out perfectly for my family. Having a well-stocked kitchen was great! There was plenty of space for all 5 of us. The location was unbeatable for us--easy walking distant to major sites and a block away from the Metro. I would definitely book this property again!
