Prima locatie
Hotel Omm ligt super, vooral als je wilt shoppen en/of dingen wilt bekijken. Erg centraal. Vond alleen de prijzen in het hotel zelf, absurd hoog. Voor een ontbijt betaal je erg veel terwijl je om de hoek van het hotel op een enig terrasje voor de helft met z'n tweetjes kunt ontbijten. Ook de prijzen bij het zwembad voor een drankje waren erg hoog! Echt belachelijke prijzen! Maar verder was het hotel super, kamer echt prima en service erg goed! Zal het hotel zeker aanbevelen en kom er ook nog zeker een keer terug!

Family trip review
Overall we enjoyed staying here but there are a few things to note that I wish I had known before booking, especially if travelling with a family. Pros - really comfy beds, and excellent food at Mr. Porter (including the breakfast). Cons - the adjoining room that our kids stayed in had no windows. They were blocked out, so the room was a little oppressive. The indoor pool is adult only. This was a huge bummer as since we were travelling in December when outdoor pools aren't in use, we specifically chose a hotel with an indoor pool only to get there and be told the kids were not allowed in. They also never mentioned this at reception when we asked what time the pool was open until, so our kids were very disappointed. Also, no real special effort for kids (kids robes, teddy bears or toiletries) as I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Worth noting also, that the view from our room was of a rough looking courtyard. No real feel that you are in Barcelona, although at least our room had windows! Overall, a good experience but not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Wasn't horrible but would try somewhere else next time.

Phenomenal customer service, very clean and the food was amazing at Mr. Porter’s. The only feedback is that doors to the bathroom and closet didn’t close. The shower door not closing made it difficult to take showers without water leaking. But, that is a building management and design issue and HIGHLY recommend this hotel. This is my third trip to Barcelona and was better than the Majestic down the street especially considering price. Thank you.

Up & downs
Up and downs. Most of the staff very service-minded but also here, highs & lows. One high was when we checked in and was offered a complimentary upgrade, nice touch and appreciated. The low, the room we got was however very worn out and not 5 star level. It continued like this, some things very good and others not so much. A 5 star hotel should have a consistent service level and rooms and amenities should reach same level and unfortunately this is not the case. At its best, being nice, 4 star but with a minus in front.

Great location and neighborhood. Rooms had issues - fire detector was malfunctioning and had to be fixed, bathroom door could not close as it was off the tracks, basin was not draining properly, furniture was not functional as no bedside tables with plugs etc. Complaints were made to the front desk but there was no acknowledgement of discomfort experienced.

Staying for one night to catch an early plane, the front desk called at 3am to “check that the room was occupied”, waking up my entire family. I have no idea what possessed the staff to think dining at 3am made any sense. The next day they apologized saying that their reservation system was broken. Sir Victor - next time your reservation system is broken do not check it by calling guests rooms at 3am. The rest of the hotel experience was ok but the 3am phone call was unforgivable - and to just say “sorry” is almost more frustrating.

Overall nice little hotel with style and chic. Great rooftop bar for drinks and hang out overlooking the streets. Location is excellent at the heart of luxury shopping. Breakfast is a disappointment. Service is extremely slow and buffet selection is very limited.for the three days, there were very few people at breakfast,, at some points we were the only guests. There were at least 5 breakfast staff available but coffees took over 10 minutes. Very disappointing. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The Hotel was very eye pleasing with a modern design and house music at later hours of the night. The “Wifi” was non-existent. Although the staff member assured us it was due over occupancy at hotel, even at the dead of night there was no difference. We couldn’t physically google places to eat nor buy tickets to various attractions. I emailed the hotel before my arrival and although they answered to my initial email, I didn’t receive a follow up regarding critical New Years Eve reservations or give any helpful recommendations. Location was great, right the in the middle of popular shopping venues. The restaurant Mr. Porter that was attached to the hotel, but not in partnership matched the overall vibe and created a unique atmosphere with very tasty cuisine.

Je suis habitué à cet hôtel, je suis venu 10 fois, bel hôtel, belle chambre, beau rooftop, bien placé à rien dire. En revanche : ça fait 10 ou 12 fois que je viens et on me demande à chaque fois mon adresse en france et on me fait remplir car si c'est ma première visite ? Enfin, point CRUCIAL qui pourrait faire que je viens plus: QUAND ON POURR CHARGER UNE VOITURE ELECTRIQUE ? on est 2022 ! à chaque fois que je viens je demande et elle est jamais chargé, je suis obligé d'aller manger à l'hôtel W, la prochaine j'y dors !

Hotel très sympa, au centre ville mais dans un quartier calme à quelque pas des principales attractions de la ville.Les chambres sont très grandes, propres et bien décorées. le service est complètement à revoir! pour un 5* il y a vraiment beaucoup à redire! D'abord en arrivant les personnes à l’accueil nous gardent 20 min pour vérifier tous nos passeports sans proposer un verre d'eau ou demander si on a eu un bon voyage.. on sent qu'ils ont envie d'être ailleurs! Pour ma réservation j'avais payé tout à l'avance mais en arrivant à l’hôtel la personne à la réception m'indique qu'il faut que je paye la deuxième nuit. Je lui demande s'il est sûr, et il me dit que oui.. je vérifier sur mon compte et je vois que le montant totale a été déjà débité, je lui indique donc que normalement je ne dois pas payer deux fois.. et seulement à ce moment il me dit "oui en effet, vous avez raison"! On ne demande pas à un client de payer deux fois! on vérifier son dossier avant son arrivé!Le premier petit déjeuner horrible! on arrive à 9h30 (pas 6h du matin) et la salle du petit déjeuner est complètement à dresser! deux dames attendent début, sans dire bonjour ni rien, elles demandent notre chambre. Vraiment pas aimables! on s'assoit au bout de la salle (sans couverts) et on voit qu'une des deux dames commence à dresser à l'autre bout (alors que personne est assis là bas!!) . je lui fais signe de venir à notre table mais rien!j'ai du insister pour qu'elle vienne! à fuir pour le service!!!!!

Bonjour Elisabetta, merci bien pour votre commentaire sur notre hôtel. Je suis desolée de ne pas avoir atteint le niveau de service souhaité. On est en train d'améliorer la qualité du service enbouchant de nouvelles personnes. On espère vous voire la procahine fois et vous donner le meilleur service.
