'We were attending a wedding in nearby Portsmouth, but wanted something a bit quieter. Boy, did we find the spot! Nice, quiet street, house on a nice size lot, with super easy access to all points. Beaches in York are literally less than a 5 min drive. Next time we stay, we’re hitting the beaches!!'

'The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!'

'Great location with access to Mousam lake. No lake view but a wonderful dock and great property with covered patio, fire pit and all the amenities. Really well done interior with comfortable accommodations. Had a great time and definitely recommend!'

'It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

'Came for the Wells Coastal half marathon. Place is beautiful and has everything you might need! Walking distance to shop's, restaurants and ocean. Hosts were very available and gracious.'

'John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast.'

'We had a great stay, very spacious house. Great communication with owner. Hot tub was a fun perk. Kids loved the pool table. Plenty of bedrooms and seating for meals. Close to lots of shopping and a theater.'

'We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit at your cottage. The location was superb, the furnishings comfortable, and our dog enjoyed sunning himself. No serious concerns, but some quirks: We didn't know if there were existing pantry items provided, so we acquired them from the local Hannaford. But, would suggest having some basics available, such as sugar and inexpensive spices. The instruction booklet for the cottage seemed to be for a different property, based on some of the references. We had trouble...

'Perfect location for a long weekend getaway! We were a five minute walk from Perkins Cove, where we enjoyed lovely restaurants, the Marginal Way and a peaceful coastal Maine atmosphere. Gloris and Bernie were friendly, attentive and provided us with a wonderful base for our travels. We hope to be back!!'
