'The apartment was amazingly clean. There was everything in there you could want Communication was outstanding. Very close to all amenities. All within 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this apartment. Number 10 '

'We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The hut was fully equipped with everything you need and was very cosy. We didn’t have the best weather but we lit the log burner and we’re lovely and warm. The area is absolutely beautiful and we had several long walks and runs. The night sky was amazing. As there’s no light pollution you can see so many stars. It’s quite remote but there is a shop about 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed being away from it all. '

'Our (very short) stay was terribly disappointing. We arrived at 3pm to find the place hadn't been cleaned well at all, with crumbs and hair around the place, the bathtub full with grimey water and hairs floating in it and wet towels folded and left on the beds. We unfortunately had to leave due to a family emergency at 8pm that same night, so didn't sleep in the house at all, but the host refused to refund any money as we had booked for a 2 night stay. Communication with the host was great...

'Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!'

'Lovely apartment very clean great location lovely staff the only thing for us was we found the cleaning fee was expensive and that it had to be paid separately and it would have been nice if there had been some dish washing soap as we where only there for 3 nights and we felt putting on a dish washer for two plates and cups was wasting water and a couple of pods for the washing machine since there is a washing machine which was great and as we’d been travelling for 3 weeks I did need to do some...

'Lovely person at front desk. Room very nice. However, they don’t have a hotel phone at the front desk so receptionist was not able to call us a cab when my American phone wouldn’t connect. '
