'Two older couples, friends of 40+ years , we try to do a getaway a couple times every year. Batavia has always been our half way between spot. We usually do a motel. This was so much better! It is so close to everything, and we were so comfortable! We will definitely be back again.'

'Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the Gate House! The location can’t be beat for its proximity to the Perry entrance of Letchworth Park, and for its beautiful quiet setting and grounds. 'First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. 'The home and grounds were lovely, and just as pictured! Jill, who lives onsite, was very gracious in helping with whatever we needed, but also gave us plenty of privacy. 'A unique experience. The view from the verandah was lovely, and the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the end of a busy day of hiking. It accomodated our extended family if 11. The pool was refreshing but not heated. The owner gave a behind the scene tour of the rooms not opened for guests. He was a font of historical knowledge.'

'We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. We all enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living area and enjoying the wonderful views of letchworth State Park. Check in and check out was a breeze....

'We had the best time at This place!! Everything was so beautiful and clean. The house is super with 4 bedrooms. And 3 baths. All the rooms were decorated nicely and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view out the window was unbelievable and you could walk around all the grass in the area. As a bonus, there is the most beautiful barn.I've ever seen on the property! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need. Five stars...
