He was so kind and explained in detail how to get to the car park and recommendations around Bath. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear people walking around but that’s to be expected in an old home. '

'This was exactly what we wanted for our weekend trip to bath. The Inn was charming and the couple running it are charming as well. The breakfast was pretty limited, but just fine and the room was really beautiful. We were able to walk to the heart of Bath in 15 minutes which was such a luxury and felt safe walking back after dinner. All in all a great experience.'

'This is a wonderful little B&B, the room was adequately spacious and comfortable for us both with a gorgeous bathroom. We had all the little extras we could need plus a fabulous selection of refreshments in the room for us. Breakfast to our room each morning was wonderful, there was a comprehensive list for us to select from and we loved the choice of times to really make it work for us. 'Katie and Clive are a lovely friendly welcoming couple. Our stay with them was great. Based in a quiet part of Box. Lovely walks from home and within walking distance of the pub for dinner. When we needed to leave early one morning, Clive made us sandwiches to take as we would miss breakfast. We will definitely return. '

We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions. 'Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient, a short walk from the centre and everything you need. It was a bit hot in the room, but a fan was provided. I would highly recommend and stay again '
