'The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. 'Overall the stay and was nice the room was average, the entire property was way more run down than in the pictures, half the building was missing, the elevators did not work and we were on the 3rd floor, there were holes in the floor with a plank of wood covering them. The room we enjoyed cause it was big enough for our family, we could cook meals and all dishes were available. It had not been restocked in some time. '

'Had everything we needed! Extremely clean and well stocked. Decor was sooo cute and not overdone. Huge walk in closet in master bedroom with nice shower. Plenty if space for everyone all over and kids loved the bunk beds with the TV in the room. The pool was also very clean and hot tub was nice! Kids didnt want to leave! Haha! Beds and pillows were super comfortable as well. Thank you! Will stay here again!'

'Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. '

'The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!'
