'Pictures accurately show property and that’s always appreciated. 4 minute drive to historic downtown area where our wedding events were. Only issues we had were that the backyard gave our dogs fleas and in the check in instructions, the owners asked for a cash or check fee for the dogs. All fees should be listed up front and not asked for on the side.'

'The house was absolutely perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable, easy commute to Parris Island, close proximity to downtown, convenience store right at turn coming off main road and the bonus was the separate guest suite. The house was nicely updated.'

'This was a cute home in a nice location. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The house is off a busy road and I am a light sleeper, but we didn’t hear noise and did not experience any issues with the church on Sunday or neighbor (they were very friendly). We loved there was individual ac units in each room. We would stay again.'

'"HAPPY PLACE" was beautiful, clean,and inviting. The location was great! We all loved our stay. We enjoyed the 2 bikes in the shed. The internet had bad reception on check in day. But it had stormed, so that may have caused the trouble. Keep in mind there are steps to get in the home and 1 bedroom is downstairs, all other beds are upstairs. 'Nicest VRBO we have ever booked. Everything you need and more is included. Lush furnishings, pillows, decor, blankets and towels. Loved the included golf cart, bikes, grill and outside fire pit. Beds were a bit firm for us, however we slept well. Tiny kitchen only one adult at a time can fit. Fishing Pier on Fripp island closed.'

'We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. The walks on the beach, the deer grazing in the “back yard”, and the sound of the ocean together with a house that just feels warm and welcoming make for a fabulous stay.'
