'Rustig hotel, goed bereikbaar en zelfs al ligt het naast de A1, geen last van verkeerslawaai. Wij hebben alleen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, dit was van goede kwaliteit. Alleen de muziek in de ontbijtzaal was naar onze smaak te luid. Vooral als er weinig gasten zaten. Goede golf en sportfaciliteiten. En een goede uitvalsbasis voor zowel een bezoek aan Cambridge als Oxford. (mits met auto)'

'I arrived late by arrangement and had a little difficulty finding the place at 1 am. The night manager was brilliant and welcoming - a trait I’ve encountered both times I’ve checked in late. Room amazing, spotless and comfortable with brew facilities. Well done all!'

'Chose The Old Mill on a last minute booking as attending conference in Milton Keynes and was cheapest available... what a find! Staff (& locals) very welcoming, especially Kirsty. Didn’t realise it was so rural but very welcome after gruelling drive from Sussex and hectic two days studying. Sat in beer garden and heard.... nothing (except lonely owl). No street lights but watched half a dozen bats flitting about. Very relaxing and within easy drive to MK. Looked like tourist attractions also...

'I booked for a night and was then sent an email saying that the bar and restaurant were closed, when I tried to cancel I was told it was non refundable and that they didn’t advertise the bar.'

'Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam. Oud gebouw, kleine kamers en vrijwel geen gasten in restaurant. Het eten was goed, maar hier moet geld bij.'
