'Lots of space and everything we needed for a lovely trip.'

'Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. Was totally disgusted as this went on for our 3...

'We had a fabulous time with our family at the wonderful home. Everything we needed to prepare meals was present. Coffee brewer AND single cup machines. Hot tub was wonderful. Dinners on the deck. Very comfortables beds. Bathrooms were great. Management company was excellent.'

'Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else.'
