'I stayed here with my family for two nights. The cottage was perfect for our party of four. Very clean. Parking at front door. Plenty of space to move around, as well as privacy if needed thanks to the two floors. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. It’s only 15 minutes to downtown Newport and nearby the beaches. The vineyard next door was a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Will definitely return!'

'We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. '

'A lovely bayside property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Owners have seen to it that cottage is well stocked with sufficient linens & kitchen gear. The yard is lovely as well.The Views from the wrap around back deck are majestic. We will try to return in the future.'

'This property delivers on all counts. Immaculate- the floors were practically smiling at us when we arrived. Fully equipped kitchen and so efficient. Perfect location for day trips or wonderful if you decide to stay in and enjoy the view. We will definitely return.'

'Our stay at this cottage was very nice. The place was well stocked, and everything worked relatively well. The location can't be beat for the scenic value. Located on a peninsula with the ability to see the water on both sides of the cottage. We were visiting for a wedding and the location was close to every venue we needed to visit. The only downside was the size of the second bedroom. Two people could not be in the bedroom at the same time to dress. You had to take turns dressing. Access to...

'The cabin is really cute and setup so nicely for cooking. I appreciated having 2 bathrooms and the stack of games. And you could just sit and look out the big windows allll day long!! (And the stars at night)'

'The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.'

'This little cottage was perfect for my daughter and me. It was immaculate, and stocked with everything we needed ( including a bottle of wine). The hosts were exceptional and very responsive if we had questions or needed recommendations. It’s in a quiet rural setting, but Newport, Providence and Fall River are a short drive. There’s also a nice beach 15 minutes away. I highly recommend this cottage for a quiet getaway with lots of options for exploring.'

'Rented place for my groomsman for my wedding weekend, house and location are great, lots of room to enjoy the day and was close to all the venues we needed to get to to, weekend was incredible. Just remember to buy fans as the upstairs does get pretty hot in the summer time, house has crank windows that don’t fit ac’s. We managed just fine and it was fantastic.'
