'In town for our daughter’s graduation from Penn State and cannot say enough good things about this exceptionally beautiful and hi-tech home. 'We were in town for a concert at Penn State, only about 40 minutes from the stadium. The cottage was a perfect place to relax & unwind. The beds were so comfortable! It was very quiet, surrounded by farmland. Our family of 4 - my husband, myself & our 2 kiddos - 13 & 8, look forward to visiting again! Thank you to Joy & Keith for being wonderful hosts!'

'Our extended family enjoyed a weekend together at this cabin. It was a very quiet location with great Wifi. It was great to be able to get away and enjoy each other's company with very little distraction. Because the cell phone service was weak, we were happy for a land line in case of emergency.'

'It was 4 moms away for the weekend and we had a fantastic time. The simplicity and decor made for an extra relaxing time and space to relax with friends. Very thoughtful hosting made for an easy trip and relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was great, so clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!'

'Our group of 8 adults stayed at this beautiful house for a concert weekend getaway. The house was very spacious allowing everyone to have their privacy yet also providing many gathering rooms for the group to hangout together and have fun. The house was more than what we expected and was well stocked with linens, towels and household needs. We will definitely rent this house again in the future when in the State College area!'

'Our family had a lovely stay at the farmhouse! It is close enough to necessities (groceries, gas, dollar store, liquor store, fast food), but tucked away in nature. Some bees and newly spread manure kept us from spending extended periods outside at first, and even though it rained there was plenty of covered outdoor and indoor activities and spaces to congregate. The train goes by frequently but we got used to is. Overall lovely home and we absolutely will be back with friends!'

'Costly for what it is. At a hotel the bathroom is in same room, black out shades, more space, better beds with pillows and blankets, most places offer free breakfast all for less than $200. Thankful it was available but costly. Very quiet Very clean I would recommend 1 of bigger cabins for longer stays, seemed like a safe welcoming place to be. Thus would be 4 star overall review.'
