'Echt superschoon en waanzinnig mooi ingericht. Je waant je 100 jaar terug. Geen receptie, geen ontbijt, alles ligt klaar bij aankomst. Geen nachtbewaking, terwijl de voordeur openstaat, maat politiebureau is aan de overkant van de straat. Dus een beetje vreemd is het wel om op deze manier te verblijven in iemands huis.'

'Wonderful weekend in Canandaigua! This B&B is charming, lovely memories x of history and comfort in a beautiful setting. The bed and bedding is lovely very as was the bath and accessories. The innkeeper and assistant are perfect examples of graciousness, solicitous without being intrusive. Last but in no way least, breakfast each morning was a lovely treat, highly recommend a stay here.'

'Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way. '

'We loved our Lucy room. The food is sensational. Such a quaint little Victorian bed and breakfast with rich history. Bed super comfortable. No ceiling fan .. a stand up fan would’ve been a nice option although we opened the window a bit. Will be back for sure! '

'We had a wonderful time at Moonshadow B&B over the past weekend. Our hosts, Jeanette and Steven, were great providing a wealth of local information for wine tasting, activities, and fine dining. They were kind, courteous, and sincerely interested in meeting with all guests and providing a fantastic experience. A huge plus was that Jeanette’s breakfast quality was truly 5 star - the best that we have ever had at a B&B. We will most certainly return when visiting Kueka lake.'

'My husband and I chose this property as even though I tried to book a year in advance of the 2024 commencement at SUNY Geneseo, everything was booked! 'Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. 'Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!'
