Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. 'The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. 'This property is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in a grove of lush woods, it is so peaceful. The home itself is warm and inviting. Great care has gone into updating this ranch house while keeping the original charm. The décor is welcoming and in just the right amounts. Covered front and back porches are just delightful for morning coffee. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, and top notch linens. Plenty of seating options in the living room and sitting room with very comfortable furniture....

'The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful.'

'The house is magnificent inside and out. We enjoyed the view of Belton lake both early mornings with coffee and late nights in the Hot Tub. The master bathroom is a beautiful piece of artwork in itself- with the two person stand up shower AND the two person tub. The entire house was laid out very comfortably and a superhost quality with spices and coffee available. I hope it will be available when I want to re-rent this house for a family reunion.
