Family spring getaway
On the outside when arriving the house is non-descript and is unclear what the home really looks like. But as you walk in the front door you immediately find a warm and welcoming cabin atmosphere on the main floor complete with fire place in living room. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and kitchen/dining area as well, with a 2 story addition overlooking the water that includes a large sun room and dining area exactly as shown in pics. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. All bathrooms are modern with exceptional lighting and very clean facilities. All flooring looks brand new throughout and everything was super clean. Thoughtful touches of nightlights everywhere and over-bed lighting and USB ports for all bedrooms. The beds were absolutely excellent. A very restful place to spend a weekend or a week. Quaint village with store and restaurant options are in Bemus Point. Host very easy to work with.

Relaxing lake house. Bigger than expected!
We really enjoyed our weekend away. This house is close to the highway and the most delicious breakfast place. Being close to the highway, there was highway noise from the bridge when sitting outside. The house has everything. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The windows looking out onto the lake are incredible. The easy to light logs provided for the indoor fireplace were very nice and such a great touch. The property manager was friendly and very easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent trip!
Absolutely fantastic house and property. My family and I have been coming to Chautauqua for years and years, and this is our favorite place! Great spot for fishing, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the owner Keith was super helpful and communicative. Would rate this place a hundred stars if I could. We would love to come back. Great Stay at Muskie Manor
The rental was great place for my wife and I annual fishing week at Chautauqua lake. It is in a great location on the lake, close to great restaurants and shops. Keith and Family were very good to communicate and answer all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be retuning next year to the Muskie Manor.

Best House On The Lake
Everything was simple and perfect from the time we booked until checkout. Keith was more than accommodating and friendly. The house is absolutely lovely, with a perfect layout. We hope to come back for many years to come. I miss it already!

Amazing!!!
Clean, bedrooms upstairs and in back of house made it enjoyable for those wanting to visit while others slept, everything you need is there, gas and restaurants both take out and sit down just minutes down the road. Our stay was in the “off season” (November) so was enjoyable listening to the lake without boating traffic. Will visit again!!!

Turned 60 getaway
Keith’s home and property exceeded expectations! All the comforts of home with the bonus of being right on the lake. And a great location to all that Bemus Point has to offer, just a short walk up the road. Keith is a very accommodating host who made himself available if needed but everything was so right, it wasn’t ever necessary. Hope to go back soon and enjoy it all again!

Lakeside stay
Very nice property on Lake Chautauqua with a boat dock. Family had a great time onsite with easy access to our boat. Also walking distance to downtown Bemus Point for breakfast and dinner. Keith & Molly were in contact with us from the time we booked, through the week of our stay. Keith met us at the property and walked us through the cottage answering all of our questions.

Great stay!
The description of the property is exact. It is an easy 15 minute walk to everything Bemus Point has to offer. A fantastic vacation for 8 adults—2 couples, and family of 4 w adult children. Our only complaint (which is well beyond the home owners control) was the amount of lake weeds and “slime”. It made swimming difficult and slightly gross. The water was clear and very warm though. I would gladly stay at this property again.

Host was great to communicate with and worked hard to ensure a good stay. The place was very clean and stocked with the basics. A lot of work is being done to modernize the house and it was a great atmosphere. Very well set up for family coming together to fish and kayak. Great place!! We plan to return someday.

Very clean and comfortable cottage with room for us and our grandkids. Great location - easily walkable to everything Bemus Point offers. We rented a boat and the dock was invaluable for that and also for fishing with my grandson. Plenty of grassy space by the lake with a very nice fire pit. We had a great time and definitely want to go back.
