Goede hotel en restaurant voorzieningen
Half pension is ons zeer goed bevallen: zeer ruime keuze tijdens ontbijt en diner bufetten. Wel massaal, met tijdens onze aankomst weinig baliepersoneel (1 persoon) voor zo'n groot hotel, maar verder alles prima verzorgd. Gratis WiFi is wel heel erg traag

Het was vlak bij het strand Je kon lopend bij de meeste faciliteiten komen De bushalte was voor het hotel en de bus reed heel frequent. Het was nog heerlijk weer. Het ontbijt was god verzorgd. De eetzaal mag gerenoveerd worden.

Wij verbleven in maart 2017 in hotel Torrequebrada . Het was onze eerste keer dat we voor dit hotel kozen. Het ligt redelijk ver uit de richting van alles. Eén geluk de lijnbus stopt recht voor de deur. Het hotel zelf is sterk verouderd en dringend aan een opfrisbeurt toe . De kamers zijn netjes, groot en ons uitzicht was fenomenaal! Dit was ook het enigste wat positief was. Het eten zowel 's morgens als 's avonds is redelijk ok qua variatie. Het avondeten is gewoon ronduit koud, zelfs niet lauw. Het personeel werkt ongeorganiseerd en traag, totaal geen structuur, tafels staan bomvol en worden niet afgeruimd. Het personeel over het algemeen is niet vriendelijk. Je betaald borg voor handdoeken aan het zwembad, maar je geraakt er niet aan omdat het loket dicht is!!.... Geen aanrader, wij komen terug naar Benalmádena, maar dan een ander hotel. Totaal geen 4 sterren waard. Hooguit 3 (en dat is al meer dan genoeg)

verouderd hotel genoeg voor enkele dagen
we verbleven 4 nachten en dit was meer dan genoeg. wij kregen de junior suite omdat de 'gewone' kamers volboekt waren. de suite was veroudert, de airco kon het niet ophalen en er groeide schimmel op het terras. het hotel is aan grondige vernieuwing toe. de service is ronduit slecht. ze spreken zeer miniem engels en jagen je op aan het eten. Mijn kluis werkt niet meer en duurde 2 dagen en 3x vragen om hem te repareren. het eten was goed maar niet optimaal; het hotel ligt op 10minuten rijden van het centrum.

Buiten zwembaden goed, binnen zwembad waardeloos, koud, gladde vloer ongezellig. Zee slecht bereikbaar door de rotsen, echt ongeschikt voor kinderen. Hotel verder echt goed voor volwassenen. Wel een beetje gedateerd, maar ze zijn er volgens ons wel mee bezig om het te restylen

Een hotel met een prima locatie. Voor een 4* hotel zijn de voorzieningen wel wat schaars. Ligging net naast een klein strandje en niet al te ver bij Puerto Marina vandaan. Kamers zijn prima in order, hoewel wel wat gedateerd. Wanneer je leuke tips wilt van de omgeving, vraag naar Emilio van de receptie!

We spent five nights in a standard 7th-floor double room. The room was bright, modern (generically appealing), soundproof, spacious and comfortable, accommodating my and my mum's needs. Although, personally, the bed (a queen rather than double) was more on the firmer side for us. The en-suite was lovely and sizeable, with a shower (walk-in) and toilet entered through one main door but segregated by a sliding door, which provided us with enough privacy and convenience. There was an entryway before you entered the main room/bedroom, which was unexpected and significant to have—it made the space feel like a small apartment. Our balcony side-viewed the ocean/poolside and Main Street (pleasant noise, no traffic congestion whatsoever), which provided picturesque views and the most calming/relaxing sounds from both ends, especially in the evenings. The balcony was a great size and comfortably accommodated us with room to spare. The dividers were reasonable but weren’t fully opaque. Fortunately, our neighbours didn't use their balcony area, so we saw and heard very little from either side. The facilities in the room were sufficient for us, in good condition, easy to access and worked well, and the cleanliness of the entire room was spotless to the eye. The hotel's facilities and communal areas were grand and plentiful. An abundance of areas/chill-out spots both indoors and out, which cater to both large and small gatherings and different view intakes.

O hotel é fantástico, uma piscina para as crianças que a minha filha adorou. Praias a 2 minutos a pé todo o staf super simpático e atencioso. A comida é excelente e bastante escolha. O quarto bastante espaçoso e a cama enorme!

Ha sido justo lo que estaba buscando. Habitación actual, amplia, bien distribuida, completa, cómoda y con unas vistas fantásticas, al menos en la que me tocó a mi en la Torre Marbella. Aparcamiento subterráneo de 8 plantas conectado por una pasarela hasta el hall del hotel. Aparcamiento gratuito. Muy cómodo para poder utilizar el coche cuando lo necesites, hay que tener en cuenta que está un poco más retirado de las zonas más comerciales que el resto de hoteles. Acceso directo desde jardines a dos “playas” de agua transparente y muy limpia, recomiendo llevar escarpines porque no son de arena. Dos zonas de piscina, con servicio de toallas. Una de ellas consta de una piscina infantil con toboganes y otra piscina para adultos ambas rodeadas de hamacas y camas tipo balinesas, y otra zona con dos piscinas conectadas entre sí a dos niveles y rodeada de jardines también con hamacas disponibles, en esta última suelen estar los huéspedes sin niños, ambas zonas con vistas al mar. En general todas la instalaciones estan muy limpias. El trato de todo el personal ha sido fantástico, muy amables y atentos. Bajo mi punto de vista ha sido todo un acierto y sin duda me gustaría repetir.

Et dejligt hotel
Overordnet var et det fint hotel, hvor alt stort set fungerede. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med fuld havudsigt, og det fik vi i høj grad. En pragtfuld udsigt fra 6. sal! Det var skønt med et poolområde uden børn under 16 for os, der ikke har små børn.

Take a superior room - the terrace and sea views are certainly worth it. We liked the location - pretty local an quiet. The hotel has nice pools ad gardens, the public beach is small, but close and nice. The breakfast buffet is good, the dinner OK, but good value. Sometimes the hotel seems to have issues with bad smells in corridors.

Lovely Contemporary hotel.
Lovely hotel. Great facilities. Sadly the air con doesn't come on until April and we stayed during a hot week in March. So the nights were either too hot or too noisy with the patio door open. Still highly recommended.

Brilliant for families and gambling addicts.
This hotel does all inclusive which brings it own problems. This hotel is brilliant for families and gambling addicts The food is very good if they did better bacon and cooked tomatoes it would be perfect and it’s nice to see they have two microwaves. The hotel is in a good location with bus stops right outside plus the free bets you get to go into the casino is a nice touch.

On a du changé de chambre trois fois. 1ere nuit on nous donne une chambre qui pue la cigarette impossible de respirer! On a un bébé de 5mois. On nous dit c est bizzare il est interdit de fumer! On nous donne une chambre en remplacement avec deux lits simples, alors que notre demande c’était un lit double comme bb finit la nuit souvent avec nous! On rechange de chambre le lendemain. On avait décidé de prolonger notre séjour mais en restant dans la même chambre. On revient d’une sortie impossible d’acceder à la chambre. On va voir la réception , on nous dit il faut rajouter 10€ la nuit si on veut rester dans la meme chambre! Mon dieu cest quoi cette arnaque! Alors que sur la réservation, l’hôtel nous avait repondu qu il avait bien marqué que c est une prolongation. Conclusion soit on rajoute 10€ la nuit soit on va dans une chambre deux lits simple encore une fois et au rdc donc aucune vue. Aucun geste commercial par rapport à ces nombreux changements. On a payè 900€ pour ce séjour! Je demande aussi à la réception où se trouve une pharmacie de garde, il me dit de chercher sur internet ou demander au taxi. Merci mais si je n’avais pas trouvé sur internet , je ne serai pas venu te voir !!! Bref, personnel à la réception catastrophique tres froid et pas du tt professionnel.

Gutes Essen...große Zimmer....schöne Anlage....viele Parkplätze Linker Poolbereich geschlossen....Schwimmen im Spa Berrich nur mit Daumen runter....am Wochenende sehr voll und sehr laut....im Speisesaal hört man nur Stühle rücken/quietschen.....Zimmer etwas hellhörig....es wird auf Garderobe hingewiesen aber zum Abendessen darf trotzdem jeder in kurzer Hose und Jogging Hose erscheinen

Really nice hotel.
Really nice hotel and stay. Staff really nice. Facilities and ground are great and the breakfast was nice. Was also well priced and we had a great room with sea view :)

A wonderful 4 star hote
A beautiful, modern and well run hotel that deserves its 4 star rating. Our room was well furnished and of a high quality, plus the view was amazing, overlooking the sea. I would highly recommend.

Really liked the hotel room was perfect. I do think the staff need lessons on politeness . As a family we were playing tennis , and one of the sports staff came onto the court with six others and started playing basketball . This is fine as it was an organised sport for residents , but all it needed was for him to say excuse us but we need the court instead of barging in on our game . The reception staff could of been more helpful . The cleaner was charming .
