施設は古いですが比較的綺麗です。が、バスタブの滑り止めマットの清潔さが多少気になりました。 歩いて行ける距離に、SANCHA、KAMA、The BiereClubなどがあり、お土産購入、食事、お酒が気軽に楽しめます。朝食は日本食が食べられるため、毎朝気分がリセットできる点もとてもよかったです。

Bon séjour
Bon séjour, la chambre était propre, même si un peu vieillotte. Je recommande le petit déjeuner, nous avons très bien mangé. Le service de navette est pratique. Attention par contre l'hôtel ne nous a jamais répondu lorsqu'on a envoyé des messages via hotels.com. il faut les contacter directement. L'adresse mail de contact peut être trouvé sur le site internet de l'hôtel.

The room condition wasn't at par with the charge asked for. Bedding doesnt look fresh and room was smelly. Food was average. Staff was helpful and quick.

Don’t bool this place
The pictures lied, the hotel is old and not well matained, the chairs in restaurant are full of stains and food and area (breakfast) don’t look clean, the carpets are stained and not clean, the paint is old. The towels were white and now are beige (old towels)

Homely, peaceful place!
The cleanliness and comfort were great. Stayed for about a week. The day time services were good. Reliable place for family & official stays. Price is pocket friendly too. Location is a bonus. Recommend this place, if you want a peaceful, home kind of feel.

-No guest internet -Had a lot of technical issues with internet connection even after getting our room assigned. -Had problems with check-in. Receptionist said that they hadn't got confirmation email from Expedia, although my stay was confirmed to me by Expedia (Fee had been deducted too). This delayed my check-in process by 3 hours on arrival. -Had problems with the breakfast: Since Expedia had sent any confirmation email to the hotel they weren't Willing to give a complimentary breakfast that was promised by Expedia. Goods: - we had to print a boarding-pass/docs and the staff was useful. Summary: Not ideal to be booked via Expedia. Not good for international travellers.

I like the location. It's very close to the shopping district and eating places. It is about 10 minutes from Brigade Room, walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe. For my dinner on my last night, I walked to the nearby eating places.

The staff are courteous. The room needs some more improvement. The good thing about this property is that guests are not allowed into rooms at unearthly hours. So it’s safe and secure.

It's not worth the money. It was supposed to be a premium room, but it was extremely small. The next day the pillow case had curry stain marks on it. Even after several requests, they didn't had the decency to change the cover. For the same price the pavilion was much better. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. We wanted to check out the next day, but we penalty would be charged. This careless attitude speaks volumes about the hotel. I stayed in this hotel many a times before and the service was exemplary and I don't know what has happened now. Wondering whom the Hotel caters to now????
