Fijne uitvalsbasis in Bengaluru!
Fijn betaalbaar hotel met goed personeel en prima locatie. Goede wasservice. Je merkt wél dat het hotel er best snel gedateerd uit is komen te zien. Douche in onze kamer was een drama - overal water. Je kunt hier met American Express betalen.

Utmärkt service och väldigt fräscht. Otroligt för det priset. Man hör trafiken, men det gör man om man ska bo centralt i Bangalore. Maten i restaurangen också kanon. Hjälpsam och serviceminded personal.

The hotel overall feels a bit dark but rooms have plenty of lightings. Room was big enough like pictures but pillows were very “tired”, the bed linen the same way, had a small hole on it but had a comfortable sleep. The worst was the shower, only slightly warm water and rain shower had was non functional and rusty. wifi and wired connections were good. Breakfast was normal. Some places to eat around but May not be the best .

i have been staying in this hotel from past 8 years. But haven't had chance from past 2 year after covid. This was first time after covide and the hotel quality has declined a lot. The room i stayed in, had broken chair, faulty water system, dirty sheets & no basic toilet article except a toothbrush & paste. The sofa was dirty and torn apart. The A/C control system was broken, except either keep it on or switch it off. overall was poor stay feeling this time.

Good location. That’s about it. The couch was stained badly. No coffee in room. Bathroom not clean. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Poor sanitation, poor breakfast, strong noize at night, not customer oriented stuff. I've booked and prepaid a hotel for 2 weeks, checked out after the first day with an explanation to the hotel employees of the reasons. They rejected to refund money for the stay which is 14 nights was just a "present" to them

Disappointed
The bed was not comfortable and pillows were very old and didn't give any support. I stayed at this hotel for over half a dozen times. I requested for two hours late check out which was declined. When I left my room at 12:00 noon, there was 5 vacated room waiting to be cleaned and there was nobody working on that floor to clean rooms. What was the logic denying late checkout to a repeat guest when nobody was going to clean my room for over next 3 hours???

Too small rooms and AC didn't work properly. the bed spread and sheets were not very clean. Also it had poor lighting

All staffs attitude was excellent, and I am satisfied with it. My room located on the 2nd floor was dark and could see only the next building 's wall. It was not only dark but humid air. However, staffs kindly accepted my request to switch my room more comfortable one. I appreciated it.

Two-night stay
One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the 12hh00 check in, two hours earlier than most hotels. The rate was reasonable as well. The staff are helpful, but have very serious faces. Breakfast was not to my liking. The area looks dodgy, but was safe to walk at night. TV channels limited to local content. On the main, I had a good stay.

Hotel is at a good location and hotel is clean and nice. Staff are friendly. But lighting in rooms is a concern. Very dim yellow light thus very restricted visibility especially for elderly and children. Room layout and devor is great though. So pls look into the lights. Thanks

Facility located in the high traffic area. The food needs some change, for foreigners the food is too spicy. Excellent service by the staff.

I have stayed at the Elanza several times as it is a reliable hotel. All was good this time except that they do not have guest wifi once you have checked out. I think that is a big issue. We all need wifi, all the time, even after checking out (maybe to get a cab on Uber as in my case). Suggest that they address this deficiency

Okay hotel for a short stay
Bed linnens and towels were very worn out. Some had holes in them and stains from previous guests. The technology in the room (lamps etc) were outdated and illogical. The aircondition must have had some problem because it never settled to the temperature we set it to. Instead the room was always very cold or suddenly warm which gave me a cold during my stay. Breakfast was okay but not great. The coffee was not hotel standard (it was weak indian milk coffee). Check in was fast and smooth. Location was great however.

Solid hotel
Clean well maintained hotel in a fun neighborhood in Bengaluru, not too far to MG Road/Chuch street. The wifi is good and the room was very nice with an excellent overhead shower. The soundproofing is good because I couldn't hear the road at all. The front desk provided as much bottle water as I asked for and the breakfast was reasonably good. My only complaint is that the lights and everything in the room was occupied by a bunch of weird buttons on the wall and nightstand. These were small and hard to read/find and sometimes I had a hard time turning on or off the lights.

Very good hotel in the middle of the city Little compact rooms but very tidy with all required facilities The photos on the website are a little misleading for the dimensions of the rooms and the hotel (I don't think that was intentional though) Food is good but could be turned to great easily. Lot of variety. Serving staff could be more attentive to customers needs without having to be requested for Over all great hotel to stay
