Great host! Well stocked and very clean. The location was not the best but Bentonville is small so it was easy to get to where we needed to go. Wish the outdoor space would've been bigger. It was not a great space to sit outside in the evenings.

We are a group of vendors who have booths in an antique/ vintage shop in Louisburg Ks. Shopping trip to flea markets, vintage days, thrift stores. Always very busy and shop till we drop. Laughter is the best medicine.

Llama House
This house was very cute, clean and decorated well. Very roomy and the host had numerous snacks and drinks in the pantry and fridge. He is very accommodating and responded to any questions immediately. The negatives are the 2 neighbors houses. Front yards are a mess of automobiles, trailers and probably 20 + small bikes and trikes all over the front yard. Our host said they are rent houses. They need a landlord that cares more about how their properties are cared for.

Nice place and responsive owner
Straightforward check in/out process. Nice interior, and abundant amenities including some nice touches like pantry staples. I used the fire pit and all the propane and the owner showed up with a new tank within half an hour (although I was in no rush). Comfy bed, plenty of blankets and towels. Really well priced and convenient to town. I would definitely stay here again, or bring my family. Thanks for letting me stay!

The house and host were great! The Llama theme is fun. Proximity to Handcut Hollow trails a HUGE bonus. Neighbors were nice but their house was an eyesore however that didnt affect our stay.

We had a great stay at the Llama House. Communication with Mit was excellent and we appreciated the drinks and coffee selection and he even provided creamers. We enjoyed playing the games that were provided when we were there. It was close to everything we needed. Thank you, Mit!

Cute Llama House
We had a baseball tournament at Memorial Park. This property was 3 minutes from the fields. The homeowner had many things ready to go for us, including drinks in the fridge.. The house was precious with all the Llamas around. My son and his friends found it fun finding and counting all of them. We would totally stay here again.

Great place for working & playing
We travelled to Bentonville for two bike events: Girls Gone Gravel & Rule of Three. The location couldn't have been better for the latter. It was a bit outside downtown Bentonville, but it never took more than 5-10 minutes to get there. The kitchen was super well stocked with basics for cooking (oils, spices) and even had some unexpected extras (rice, mac & cheese). Storage in kitchen and bedrooms was plentiful. Master bed was comfy. Everything was very clean upon arrival & Mit was super responsive each time I reached out -- whether an inquiry before we booked or when we needed something during our stay.

You should know
The house itself is immaculate, nicely appointed and had many extras (coffee, tea, condiments, blankets, games, etc.). It is very close to the highway and 10 minute drive from downtown Bentonville. You should be aware that the neighborhood is older and not well kept. The street this house is on is cluttered with broken down cars (with broken windows) on the street and on the lawns, trailers, appliances and piles of toys littered all over lawns. The host graciously allowed us to cancel and provided a full refund.

Cute Place in Great Location
We enjoyed our stay. It was a cute and clean place and was very conveniently located. The host had well stocked the kitchen with coffee, drinks, snacks, etc. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient.

Softball Weekend @ Bentonville

We loved the llama house very clean and well stocked. Even left snacks and drinks for the kids I was there for a motorcycle event felt very comfortable allowing my teens to stay at the llama house during the day while I was away ! We will stay again

Absolutely Awesome
Our stay was great! And very home warming! Check in process was simple and great. Only issue was the neighbors dog bark extremely loud when we set out back, but the neighbor apologized and relocated the dogs quickly, We Would most definitely stay again. No complaints at all!!

Property was plenty of space and amenities for what we needed. Surprisingly huge master closet and pantry. Saying this because we could have brought pir child with a pack n play and she could have basically had her own room. Large living are perfect for our girls weekend.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable
We were a group of 5 in Bentonville to visit Crystal Bridges and Eureka Springs and could not have found a better rental. The Llama House was well appointed and extremely clean. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics as well as many pantry items. It is located a short drive away from the museums and downtown area in a very quiet well kept neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property.

Mit's place was very clean and well outfitted. It had everything we needed plus some for our large family. Great location to Bentonville and I-49, which gives you access to everything. Bike trail behind the house (short walk 4 doors down to access trail).

Few days away
This is a very nice little house with all the amenities you would need. We didn’t have children with us but there are lots of toys and games and a gaming system in the house if you bring the kids along. It was very close to Walmart museum and a lot of areas of interest and shopping. We didn’t spend much time at the house but when we were there we were very comfortable. The place is cute with all the llamas mixed with coastal pictures. We thought it was funny. Maybe that is a new trend. One thing I would suggest is to bring a blanket or two for lounging around in the living room. We didn’t find any extras and it got cool lying around in shorts after being outside in the heat all day. I would highly recommend the Llama House and if we ever go back we will stay there again. Thanks Mit.

This was a great place to stay and exactly what was advertised. I had a couple of questions and Mit was quick to respond. He had water, snacks, a variety of coffee, and everything you need in the bathroom if you forgot something. We will stay again if we go to Rogers.

The home was clean and perfect for our family needs. The location is great. It's close to everything. Mit is a wonderful host.
