'This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

'There were 7 ladies and we had a wonderful time. The listing had that there was a pool maybe just an error otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately the pontoon was down for repairs but maybe that saved us from sunburns lol my friend loved the king bed so much that she ordered one online as best of sleep in years just awesome'

'The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too.'

'We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival.'

'If you love the peace & quiet, surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. We loved exploring the lake bed, seeing turtles basking in the sun, osprey, flycatchers and many more birds, all visible from the comfort of the hot tub. Don was very helpful and let us use his golf buggy for more exploration around the lake too. Lots of great local days out like the Canyon of Eagles Observatory, Longhorn Cavern & Fredericksburg. 'Property was roomy, comfortable and a great space. We had a little miscommunication at check in but the property manager followed up and made it right. The fenced yard and back porch were great for hanging out with our dog. Quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Hope home is available for our next trip to the area!'

'Can't speed or be too dark to find property. I was warned about the upper driveway it is a doosey. But overall we had a good time relaxing in the open air'
