The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. 'Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.'

'Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk.
