'Wir waren als Familie zwei Nächte hier und waren vom freundlichen Personal sehr angetan. Die Lage bietet traumhafte Ausblicke über die Berge. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind äußerst fair und die Qualität hervorragend. Ausnahmslos alle des Personals sind sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Selbst die Baustelle, weil die Anlage um ein paar Häuschen erweitert wird, stört überhaupt nicht. Unsere Weiterfahrt, sowie einen Ausflug haben wir vom Resort organisieren lassen .'

'We spent 3 nights there with my family of 5 in two rooms. We found the location difficult to find on the evening we arrived as it was dark and raining. When we arrived we were met by the owner and his staff who helped us with the bags to the room. Given the location we were met by lots of bugs near the room entrance as the hallway lights were on. 'This property is the most beautiful place I’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka. At first, it was difficult to find as it was tucked away behind a school, but once we found it the view was amazing! 'het hotel ziet er van buiten mooi uit zo op een berg. maar binnen valt het zwaar tegen. mijn klacht werd niet op teruggekomen. toen we een dag niet kwamen ontbijten werden we wakker gebeld waarom niet. het eten is van een matige kwaliteit vergeleken met de prijs die je er voor betaalt. je kunt beter een hotel in Nuwara zelf boeken.'

'Wat een geweldige ervaring! Een prachtig gebied en een geweldige manager! Bij binnenkomst een zeer vriendelijke man met een glimlach op zijn gezicht. Nihal, de manager, verteld je met alle liefde over zijn land en over de Do's en de Dont's. Hij geeft jou het gevoel van vakantie en een beetje meer! 'This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! '

'This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!'
