'Lovely place by the sea and convenient for water taxis/ access to centre, but unfortunately there is significant property redevelopment occurring right in front of the hotel, causing excessive noise and blighting the views, etc. This is ongoing as of May 2024 and will likely last until at least the end of 2025. This should be mentioned on the property details. A room overlooking the rear of the property was better because of this. '

'The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bar downstairs is fun and the food was surprisingly good. The homemade deserts were exceptional. The location is very walkable. There are many bars, restaurants, and things to do nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. '

'No question we will go back to Ambergris, and use Sunset Beach. Property is well maintained, everyone very helpful and knows the area well and willing to share. Would highly recommend Sunset Beach, you will not be disappointed.'

'I've rented a number of vrbo vacation rentals, but I've never felt I had so many people helping to ensure a great family vacation. 'Barbara was amazing! She directed us in every important and necessary way. Documents, flights, all necessary paperwork- she made everything so easy. The condo was perfect! So clean and colorful and full of amenities. We enjoyed the property so much, the pool the kayaks the pier and the concierge is very helpful. Also, I’d like to shout out to Yolanda at Suya Tours she made arrangements for everything and everything was amazing! A shout out too to Raul - he was such a kind and informative...

'My wife and I stayed her for a quick weekend getaway. Communication with Barbara during the booking process was excellent. Upon arrival on Ambergris Caye, Manolo was great with on time pickup and transportation to the property. He even stopped at a local grocery store for us to pick up a few essentials. Alvin, the concierge, was awesome and was always accessible for anything we needed. Overall great experience for our first time in Belize. The unit was just as pictured. I would definitely stay...
