'The hotel is conveniently situated near the ferry dock. It has a good restaurant specialising in the local lobsters and good bar. It is right on top of a nice beach and loungers are available. The staff are friendly and efficient. All in all a great place for a few nights stay.'

'Do not book this hotel! We intended to stay at this hotel Sept 4-6, and Hurricane Irma made landfall on the 4th/5th. We had to cancel our plans to avoid getting trapped in a category 5 hurricane on an island that was in its direct path. 'WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. 'I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son.
