'Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time. Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland Limited food as there is limited housekeeping. Noisy as radio is turned on loudly. Overall, room and bathroom are spacious. But i will not stay here to relax.'

'The entire facility needs a lot improvement/renovations. The room smells musty/moldy. The water supply was very limited! They didn’t inform us ahead of time and we only found out when we were already checked in. You need to take a steep, narrow stairs to go to their restaurant or to go out of the building. No view from the room we booked, not even a window. Just a sliding door facing the compound so you wont really be able to appreciate the sceneries of Tagaytay unlas you walk to the common...
