'The place is exactly as advertised and better! Access to the sunrise on one side and access to the sunset on the other. Awesome communication from the host with very clear instructions to ensure the best possible stay. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the Outer Banks!'

'We had a wonderful stay. Billy offered to let us check in early when we arrived at 1 PM. The cottage was classic OBX. It was beautifully decorated clean and just what our family afford. Our two little dogs loved the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but was just down for a wedding. We all agreed that we would enjoy a longer stay next time. Definitely want to come back.'

'Very quiet neighborhood, views of the sound were amazing. Loved walking out on the boardwalk and the outdoor shower - very NC beach experience! We did not take the bikes out but it looked like a lovely biking neighborhood. The property itself is not big but plenty of room for a couple, everything is new and clean, really lovely. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would stay here again!'

'Cottage has an open layout which makes it feel bigger. Fenced in yard and the big front porch were perfect for our dogs. Cottage is in a great location, across from beach entrance. First time in Nags Head and loved it! Would rent here again!'

'Nice location, great view of the pool and ocean. Much needed getaway; it rained almost the whole time but we enjoyed our time indoors with games, snacks, and drinks! The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. 'This cozy cottage was in the perfect location. The kids could ride their bikes everywhere and the private beach access was across the street. Excellent food near by and nice shops. Cottage was clean and tidy, it came with basic amenities. I liked the bedding was packaged ready for us when we got there. Would stay again for sure!'

'Prachtige ligging aan de Sound met geweldig uitzicht en zonsondergang. Vriendelijke eigenaars die goede tips gaven voor restaurants en fietstochten. Fietsen en kano’s zijn gratis te gebruiken. De accomodatie heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud en is niet meer wat het ooit geweest lijkt te zijn. De inrichting was gedateerd met oude apparatuur oa tv. De kamer was netjes, maar de gezamenlijke woonkamer erg stoffig met spinnenwebben! De steiger was moeilijk begaanbaar door de beplanting er omheen en...
