'Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life.'

'We went for spring break and daughters 16th birthday trip. April 2024. We had never been to Belize but wanted a house and not in town. 'This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. They stay itself was pleasant. The staff was responsive and accomodating. We found the $15 AC surcharge a bit strange and actually a bit spoiling the impression. I doubt it's a good business model (we didn't take it).'

'A wonderful stay for our family of 4 in a two bedroom apartment. Upstairs the bedrooms and a full bath with shampoo, etc., and hairdryer, and downstairs a full living room and kitchen (with enough coffee to get us started :)). Two supermarkets and two restaurants right nearby and a bunch are about a 15-20 minute down the road. Nice to be out of San Pedro itself, which was crazy busy. Staff here was wonderful and helpful, and owners Peter and Michelle are kind, interesting, and really hands on....

'We had 4 couples and stayed March 1-10. Going through our research on where to stay, Ed & Lisa answered all our questions very promptly. And once we booked, they continued to answer questions, booked our Mayan Air flight, arranged taxis, reserved our golf carts, and assisted with our sailboat excursion. 'The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. 'The house was a great space for our family of 14. We could not use the beach due to the seaweed issues but the pool got lots of use. Had to ask for sheets and blanket for the pull out couch but they were quickly brought.'

'This was a really nice place to stay. The pool was fabulous. Host Jason was incredible - responsive to our inquiries, available for setting up field trips with great companies, and a kind human. Being south of town was nice for the privacy, yet 3 miles on the back of a slightly bumpy golf cart ride is no joke, especially if you're plan on more than one outing in a day! But if you're with the right people, love a great pool, and are game for an adventure, this is the place for you!'
