'Great location overlooking the old town square. Very helpful staff allowed early arrival and an early weekend breakfast before our tour. Room 3 was a little noisy, less from the street than from the window to the courtyard with other rooms close by. We never had hot water for the shower, it only became warm after several minutes.'

'We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. However we didnt get any check in information before hand and the building is under construction so it.was difficult to navigate where to go amd where to park. 'Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)'

"Parkeren is een drama. Na een half uur rondrijden eindelijk een parkeergarage gevonden (betaald parkeren en 15 minuten lopen naar het hotel). Vervolgens kregen wij kamer 206. Zonder gordijnen. Vervolgens kamer 101. Airco werkte niet! We kregen een fan. 2e dag naar kamer 210. Eindelijke een werkende airco. Ook geen compensatie gehad."
